The drive before the half was so insane and pathetic, I honestly was completely done with McDermott at that moment. Any .00001% faith I had left was gone after that. I was basically there after 13 seconds, but forgave McDermott. Then the AFC championship where KC had 17 1st downs IN THE 1ST HALF and his most efficient game of the year lol. Yeah I was done But that last drive before the half. My God was that disgusting

Again, regardless of philosophy, or how Allen is being used etc. They had 9 years to build a defense like we saw last night in the Texans and it never got close. Pass rush never got close So do with that information as you will ....

They took one deep shot to Gabe and it almost won them the game but it was too late. Again not one target to Shavers ... They never leaned into the Texans aggressive defense and met force with force. They coached scared again on offense and that's because the team is a reflection of their head coach. I can't look at his face anymore on the sideline dude. It's sucking the life out of this QB and team. No I don't care if Allen throws a few ints And no I don't care about protecting the defense , because McDermott's defense has had 9 years to look like the Texans tonight I want to move on

I just thought they turned a corner vs Tampa but obviously we didn't. This was such a bad loss and reflection of McDermott in this era I wanted them to grind out a tough win, on a short week, on the road vs a very tough defense. Act like an adult contender. Every frickin game with the confusion on defense, guys scattered and looking confused. I mean my God, some of these guys have been in this " system" for frickin years!!!! And they completely unravel. This isn't how it's supposed to look in an 8 year build with a Hof QB Think of the 80s 49ers or Brady Patriots.... We aren't close. Winning a tough ugly game tonight with no turnovers would've been a very mature win. When has the defense under this regime ever looked like anything close to the Texans tonight??? Pass rush??? I'm over it with McDermott and Beane. I'm just tired of it

After the AFC championship last year I was officially done with McDermott. Especially after seeing the eagles defense vs the chiefs in the sb....Everything that's happened isn't really that surprising if I'm being honest. I think they could go on a run but man.... I just don't know if they have the horses. The drive right before the half was pathetic. It was absolutely ridiculous.... Seeing a pass rush like tonight is something I have never seen in 9 years under Brandon Beane & McDermott. Allen was bad tonight but there's just no consistency overall.

To be fair the saddest part about tonight was in 9 years, beane & McDermott never built a pass rush or defense like the Texans.... I don't care who the wrs are, you're not winning against a pass rush like that. Maybe here or there but good lord

I remember Kelly getting absolutely destroyed vs the Steelers in 94. Allen took a lot of hits tonight and it was brutal.... Idk maybe this team is done until a reload next year
