  1. The Democrats have adopted race as a tool for power. It's basically a party of minorities that view politics/ power through this prism. It's not completely malevolent as ppl of all backgrounds want dignity and power. The Republicans use any remnants of the church & race ( most of the church is pimped out now) and remnants of the John Birch society/ white working class, pat Buchanan types for power. The truth is that international finance has taken over both parties. And America is basically a corporation... They use the Democrats for cheap labor, and the extension of debt for the 3rd world ... The IMF is an example of this They use the Republican base to play on the heart strings of an older America that 1, doesn't exist anymore, but 2 is continuously being manipulated about a return of traditional values for the purpose of gaining power and again serving this same international financial class of oligarchs. They use the emotional outrage over abortion for a bridge to power as an example. It's also not completely terrible. The west will decline as it turns into Brazil, but this is the nature of power and the consequences of globalism, technology, the Internet etc ... I don't think the powers that be are evil, they're trying their best to manage a society that's going through a massive transformation because of globalism, global markets, and no control over the dissemination of information anymore. Things are changing rapidly and simultaneously the milk still has to be delivered. As long as we can go to the grocery store and the street lights stay on, it's hard to get too ideological ( left or right) when our worst case scenario in life is the bills not winning the Superbowl lol I don't know if the transition will work though. Nations & religion being erased , community, family being dismantled will probably create a cultural crossroads. We aren't just widgets that can be moved around in a corporate framework that has no soul. We aren't numbers... Our social bonds are extremely important. The family unit is absolutely essential for a healthy community and society overall... I think both the left and right are searching for meaning in life and the Democrat / Republican institutions are not capable of responding to a new nihilism in modernity. I don't think there's a boogie man , it's an accident in history because of technology Long story short this new oligarchy wants to replace the nation, religion and family with Walmart... Again I don't think it's evil. I think they're simply responding to a massive technological transformation of society. This is a very weird but interesting time to be alive.
  2. Andre says " they don't have anyone on the outside" And ," it's the players but it's also the coaches " It also sounds like Keon has a confidence crisis, but Andre really implied that Joe Brady is a serious problem That's my interpretation of the interview
  3. True But I also think it's a good sign that beane doesn't care about looking bad, but is doing whatever to get better regardless of ego That's an extremely valuable character trait in management
  4. In 89 we signed a 33 year old James lofton... That's all I got
  5. Since 2019 Goff is 1.9 % Since 2020 Goff 1.9% Burrow 1.8% Cousins is 2.0% Again this is a massive sample size including the regular season and playoffs These are contemporary examples for int percentage
  6. Allen's career int percentage since 18 including the regular season and playoffs is 2.2% Since 19, it's 2.1%.... When you compare Allen and Mahomes it's virtually identical in volume ints, 7 more since 19, 4 more since 2020. In the playoffs Allens ints percentage and turnover percentage is the lowest in NFL playoff history.... Allen & mahomes career interceptions percentage including the playoffs since 19 Mahomes 1.7 % Allen 2.1% Since 2020, including the playoffs and regular season Mahomes 1.8% Allen 2.1%
  7. But even with the ints this year. I think he's on pace for 13 or 14? Again this doesn't match the narrative
  8. No I understand that. I'm saying every time he's discussed, almost like a an automatic preface is " "Allen was/ is great, but turnovers, turnover machine etc ..." Even ocho Cinco a couple weeks ago said the reason the bills lost in the playoffs is because of Allens turnovers.... I understand he's kinda silly, but it's ubiquitous throughout media. Again what I find bizarre is, it's not that it's not true. It's that it's the opposite... It's literally the least turnover prone in the playoffs lol I gave Allen and Mahomes comparisons in turnovers The narrative still doesn't make sense. In the playoffs it's the opposite
  9. Since 2019 including the playoffs Allen 85 ints. 2.1% int percentage Mahomes 78 ints 1 7% int percentage I use 19 because Allen was in year 2 and Mahomes didn't start until year 2 If you then start in 2020 The difference is 5 ints over the entire time span from 20 to the present.... Even if you include all 18 to 23, and you include all the turnovers, it's literally only 7 more than Brady. Yet Allen passed and ran more, and Allen had to play as a rookie, Brady didn't....
  10. I've heard this narrative brought up every time Allen is discussed in mainstream circles. Allen career int percentage 2.3% Drew Brees career int percentage 2.3% Josh Allen int % since 2019 including the playoffs, 2.1 % Allen .9 int % in the playoffs ( lowest all time) Montana 2.9 int % in the playoffs Allen also has the lowest turnover percentage in NFL playoff history from what I read. I haven't confirmed if that's true. But it's certainly extremely low I then read that since the turnover worthy stat was created, Allen is top 5 in the least amount of turnover worthy plays in the playoffs... Allen ints in first 121 starts- 93 int Tom Brady in first 121 starts - 91 int Allen from 18-23 78 int , 107 total turnovers Tom Brady from 01- 06, 78 int , 101 total turnovers Allen in 2024 had the lowest amount of negative plays in NFL history, fumbles, ints and sacks.... I'm not saying Allen is perfect, and he can definitely be streaky sometimes, but these numbers not only suggest the narrative is wrong, but that it's actually the opposite. Especially in the biggest pressure moments. Why does this keep being brought up every time Allen is discussed. I find it bizarre
  11. I think the bills should win but we're not exactly the 89 49ers I don't like the feeling of this game Lots of pressure right now
  12. Milton Friedman would say we need a larger supply of sacks, and a side of pressures... 😉 We are a Laffer on defense!!!
  13. I agree but I'm keeping Kincaid out until he's 💯. We must have him for the playoffs
  14. I honestly think they could use him as a 4th CB lol I know he's not good but he's a much better athlete than Tre and Ingram. I know it's funny but I don't what else we can do. I personally think they should sign a rookie cb off another teams ps to get more athletic in case hairston is hurt in the playoffs ( assuming we make it)
  15. If they don't turn it over, and just kick fgs they win. I also don't know if this is a true reflection of why they really lost The run % on 1st down was way too high, which made play action predictable They never threw over 20 air yards until the Gabe play at the end They never ran up tempo Again they purposely shortened the game which played right into the Texans hands And you still turned it over regardless If you had the same identity like the Tampa game, you could've jumped them really quick 10-0, 14-0 and then changed the dynamic and flow of the game. They respected the Texans defense too much and it made it worse
  16. They have an open spot now. So brown to ir opens two spots, Bernard would be 3 Grable to 53 Spector to 53/ Ciarlo to ps Fox to the 53/ Lawson to ps Bills elevate Gabe ( last elevation) Bills elevate Latu, ( last elevation) Gabe signed to 53 next Tuesday Bills release Jordan Phillips Bills sign Jordan Phillips to ps Bills sign KJ Hamler to ps Bills release Akingbesote Spencer Brown designated for return before the playoffs Same with Bernard Same with Oliver ( imo)
  17. Herbig and Watt are not the Texans but it's a matchup issue. But against the run it does favor us. Problem is heyward and benton are tough. Slay and Ramsey are well past their prime but we're not exactly running out reed & lofton Metcalf, porter jr and Broderick Jones might be out or play hurt so that helps.... I do think buffalo will pull it out but it's going to be tight. Buffalo 26 Pittsburgh 23 I hate playing in Pittsburgh and have terrible memories there in the mid 90s. From 93-97 Pittsburgh physically destroyed us The 92 bills team was pretty even with Pittsburgh but we outclassed a younger team Steelers team in the playoffs
  18. They lost a game vs the pats when they threw the ball 3x, the run defense was atrocious. Same thing happened vs the colts, completely blown out, atrocious run defense. They had maybe the worst game I've ever seen, and everyone thought the team was done after the jags 9-6 loss. For the record I think this bills team is not as good but who knows.
  19. To play devil's advocate, we had the same letdown terrible losses in 21 In fact many of the same issues existed
  20. Isn't Josh Simmons pretty awesome? At least that's what I read. I agree the bills & KC drafting record is pretty close. They got McDuffie, we got Benford They got Worthy, we got Kincaid Etc For whatever reason we seem to always be one step behind them tho. Our 24 season is kinda what KC went through in 22. And then in 23 KC had massive wr/ passing game issues along with consistency But they are winning super bowls and getting to the Superbowl Buffalo is getting to the div rd and AFC championship It's very weird, ironic and frustrating Both franchises are also tied up in the mahomes trade, which helped give buffalo the draft capital to get Allen the next year. I know there was some other moves but you get my point
  21. 1 million percent. This is gut check time. This game is going to tell me if this team and coach got any heart left. If they win, I do believe they'll go on a run or at least I'll feel better about it. If they lose, I think that's it folks. Start your mock drafts
  22. After watching some film tj Sanders is still a problem vs the run but he definitely flashed as a pass rusher a couple times. McDermott has to stop messing around with him outside and let him rush at 3 tech on passing downs because there is talent there On a side note. If Jordan Phillips wants to give that pathetic effort and get pushed 10 yds back then just retire bro. Everyone knows you're taking plays off and he's way better than that. Show some frickin heart. We need you Jordan Phillips is one of my favorite players but he really made me upset watching the film.
  23. Morgan moses got hurt too I think
  24. Is Bosa hurt? Like going to ir hurt?
