    Agreed. I really hope we can get Shaq back and he stay healthy through the post season. I appreciate Matt and all he has done and tried to do, but he is done at this point and needs to be gone in the offseason.

    Let me ask a serious question, hasn't he looked more "Normal" on the last couple drives? He was actually calling out guys blitzing, making changes, and he just "Looked" better in his face. Eyes more focused, more energy etc. It seemed obvious to me on those last couple drives
