It's not to late to fire Schoen and Dabol. John Mara must hate those guys so much but he is stuck with them until next january.

there will be potentially better jobs next year. maybe Miami Colts Giants Tampa and who knows McVay has always flirted with leaving and if stafford doesn't come back next year and they have a miserable year he might just walk away. Same thing in SF. If the niners struggle next year maybe shannahan leaves. Highly unlikely on both. The idea of the Giants hiring another Bills OC next year seems foolish but Daboll and schoen seem lost and have made the roster worse.
