Nice to see the NHL screwing things up again right off the bat.

The game will have to be delayed until December or so, IMO. Even if they program everything with player attributes, game physics, etc. - they can't just add in new rules and hope it will play the same. They'll have to update player AI and test the game many times to make sure that the new rules don't result in the EA players going offsides or something every 30 seconds.

I don't think "swallowing" is going to result in a pregnancy any more than "not swallowing" would.....

Jim Rome is actually funny, understands sports, and knows how to interview people. SAS basically just shouts at the camera. ESPN is all about fat dudes playing poker now anyway so it's not like the quality of the network just went down any.

I thought I was the only one. I friggin' loved Waterworld. All people do here in 2005 is complain how every movie is the same old crap. At least Waterworld was different. Kevin Costner had gills, he was almost eaten by a giant mutant fish, and we got to check out Denver at the bottom of the ocean. And Denis Hopper was hilarious as the villian. "Not Another Teen Movie" was great.

No, he confirmed that he'd heard the same rumor. If he'd said, "Yes, that's the case" or "Yes, that's true" - those would count as confirmations. "Yeah, I heard that too" means nothing. If Alaska Darin posts that Chin-Mang Wong (from the Yankees) might be out for the year and I reply "Yeah, I heard that too", that's not a confirmation. It's me saying a heard the same thing. Cooper also said that he had other sources but refused to disclose them to Tim Russert on the air. Probably because they were other reporters. Probably because her identity wasn't much of a secret, which of course is the main issue.

I just saw some of Mind of Mencia and I thought it was pretty funny. The "Desperate Gardeners" bit was great. I used to really like Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn too - the running joke being how washed up CQ is. Stella is a complete disaster. My vote for worst show goes to Punk'd. Ashton Kutcher isn't talented and seeing him pretend to be running these pranks behind the scenes just plain sucks. The parts where he's doing his Jim Rome impression talking to the camera are equally unbearable.
