If he and the Bills offense has another strong performance against a good Chiefs defense in Arrowhead, then you may be on to something here.
-
Week 1 vs the Jets with the punt return in OT. The Pats game. The Broncos game. All in heartbreaking fashion. It's time for a change and I hope Terry realizes it.
-
Good luck to Terry selling tickets at the new stadium with increased tickets prices and PSL fees with a declining team heading in the wrong direction.
-
If they make the playoffs, then yes but if they miss and its looking like they will then I wouldn't be so sure about that.

McD on late game decisions - "Hindsight is always 20/20"

The Bills will probably ask for fans to put a deposit down on PSL's in 2025 even though the stadium opens in 2026. The Jets and Giants did that when they moved to MetLife. -
We always end up on the losing side in these types of games. Definitely avoiding the NFL network this week as they will be replaying that game a bunch of times.
-
I guess Thurman will be the HC.
-
I wouldn't make that comparison. Meyer failed miserably in the NFL. Harbaugh took the 49ers to the Super Bowl. He has proven he can coach at the NFL level.

Terry Pegula is the only one who can fix this. I doubt anything happens now but if the Bills miss the playoffs, then he has to do something. -
He might not have a choice. Isn't he in trouble with the scandals going on at Michigan. He has been suspended for many games this season. That was great win over Ohio State on Saturday.
-
He's never had the opportunity to do that yet. But if they do move on from McDermott and Beane stays then we will see. He will definitely be the one leading the search for the next HC.

This is a good point. With the bye week now, I could see the Bills bringing in a kicker if Bass isn't getting it done. He didn't yesterday.
-
That is a fair point. But when it came down to crunch time the Bills offense got them the lead late in the 4th quarter and the defense failed to step up at the most important time. Even in OT they had the lead and failed again.
-
Even with the INT it was Allen who led a drive to give them the lead late in the 4th quarter. Maybe the defense can step just once in a big spot, and we are 7-5 today if they did. Even if Allen leads the league in INT's, he also is the league leader in total TD's.

Bill is a terrible GM. If he leaves the Pats and the Bills show interest, then Pegula needs to tell him that Beane will put the roster together and Bill will coach it. Let's be honest GOD couldn't win with Mac Jones as is QB. He is Zach Wilson level bad. But if Bill came to the Bills, he would have Josh Allen to work with. The record speaks for itself. Bill with an elite level QB knows how to win and win big.
-
I think if Harbaugh leaves Michigan, then I could see the Bears as a landing spot for him.

9 Super Bowl appearances with 6 Super Bowl championships with an elite level QB and a solid roster around that QB. I am 100% positive that it is Bill Belichick. He is the only proven winner as a HC that the Bills can get. You want to hire an OC from another team who would be a first time HC. Maybe it works. Maybe it doesn't. With Bill you know what you would be getting. Bill with Josh and this roster would give us a good chance to get to the Super Bowl. McDermott isn't getting us there.

That is fine if it's just for 2 or 3 years. The Bills have a lot of older players on the roster. This team maybe has 2 years at most to win a Super Bowl with the current core group around Allen although I do think some changes need to be made to the roster. Bill is what 70, 71? He is not interested in a long rebuild. Bill wants to win now, and the Bills have to win soon with this current core group. Perfect match.

The NFLN is going to replay this game a bunch of times this week. I won't watch of course but it would be nice to win a game like this so I could enjoy watching the replay for a change.

This team has been declining since 13 seconds and getting further and further away from a Super Bowl. I mentioned this in another thread, but I would love to hear from Terry Pegula. We will have to wait until after the season most likely.
