    I agree with you that the Dolphins and Pats have no shot since they don't have a QB, but the Jets can challenge the Bills for the division.

    It's weird that the Sabres and Devils are starting the regular season today with a lot of preseason games tonight. What kind of league has regular season and preseason games being played on the same day.

    Any chance we can get Bruce to come out of retirement. Even at his current age he is probably better than what we will have out there this week.

    They were dominating the Dolphins when Tua was playing. They aren't a bad team with him playing QB.

    With all of these injuries on defense I hope the Bills can copy the Giants plan vs the Bills in Super Bowl and keep the ball for around 40 minutes. Get that run game going. Cook is the most important player this week besides Allen.

    Regular season starts today. Sabres vs Devils over in Prague, Czechia. It's a 1:00 start for those in NY.

    Split the next two (HOU, NYJ) to go 4-2. Schedule eases up a little after that. Jets game is more important for the obvious reason but come out of this 4-2 and they are in decent shape going forward.

    Tom Terrific also had a defense that would play well in the playoffs and help him win games. Can we say that Allen has that.

    With the injuries I don't see the Bills D having much success against the Texans. The Bills will need to control the clock and keep Stroud off the field as much as possible. Next to Allen I think Cook will be the most important player for the Bills this game.

    Terry loves McDermott as his coach. Same with Beane as the GM. He won't fire them if they have a bad year. They would get next year to turn it around and maybe the year after that.

    But this year especially with the injuries could be a "reset" year. Hope it's not and I do think the Bills will find a way to win the division. But I don't see them having much of a chance to win a Super Bowl this year.

    Not that I want the Bills to have a down year but if they do then the one good thing to come out of it will be drafting closer to the top of the draft.

    You know who has been very impressive to start his career. Giants WR Malik Nabers. Three games and already 35 receptions 386 yards with 3 TD's. Looks like the Giants got a stud at WR. Wish the Bills could have someone like this.
