I think the Bills would have had a great chance to win OT. They had the momentum in the 2nd half coming back from 17-3 to 20-20. But we will never know.
I am sure he has a say, but I would guess Beane has the final say. It's Beane and his scouts who are watching CFB and putting their draft board together after the season. McDermott can't really focus on CFB since his focus is 100% on the Bills.
He did bring Diggs here who was elite at the time. The salary cap has a lot to do with the moves or lack of moves they have made for this year. After the season the Bills will have more money to spend. I do think Beane will bring in an elite level WR for 2025. Either by trade, FA signing or draft.
I don't know about that. Why would Beane resign with the Bills if he was just McDermott's puppet. He has a good reputation around the league. If he left the Bills he would get another job as GM easily.
To go into the season with these WR's is criminal when you have a QB like Allen. No matter how the rest of the year plays out, Beane needs to have a great offseason with FA and the draft in finding some elite level talent for Allen to work with next year.
The Jets defense can be run on. The Bills need to establish the run with Cook. If they can't run, then it's going to be a long night. The Bills WR's vs the Jets secondary is a matchup that is not in our favor.
I am not saying having Brady as the QB didn't help them. I am sure it did as Brady is the GOAT. But still Edelman and Welker were better than what the Bills have right now at WR.
The way the 2nd half was playing out I think the Bills would have won it in OT. We will never know. But up until McDermott choked again the Bills had the momentum coming back from 17-3 to tying it.
I haven't seen the spread, but I would bet the Jets at this point. The Bills have struggled recently at MetLife. I am guessing this will be another tough game.
Just went over to the Jets board and most of their fans think the Jets will lose.

She was installed. She didn't win anything. I find it funny that a few months ago she was considered an extremely unpopular VP even with the Dems. Now they are trying to rebrand her as this amazing candidate who can lead America into the future. She is a part of the problem these past 3.5 years but now she is going to fix it. Liberals say MAGA are dumb. I think we see which side is truly stupid and it's not the right.
