  1. I think Beane has done a heck of a job. Last year people weren’t too thrilled to see Brandon turf guys left and right, but he (and McDermott) had a plan. And for the most part, it worked. They were a play or two away from the Super Bowl in the end. The moves he’s made over the past couple of weeks has the roster in a position where there really isn’t any gaping holes. He’ll trade up in the draft and further bolster the team with a few nice players. I really like the shape we’re in personally. This is the first year in the Allen run where a Super Bowl is expected IMO. I’m sure everybody within the facilities at 1 Bills Drive knows the goal isn’t just to go to one. If we get there…we have to win.
  2. Thursday Night: @ New York Saturday Night: @ Pittsburgh Sunday Night: vs Baltimore vs Cincinnati Monday Night: vs Kansas City vs Philadelphia
  3. Based on what they did last year I think they’ll be fine, and they should be improved from last year. One thing i’d like to see is more eligible plays at the goal line. It’s one more tool in the tool bag, inside the 5 where the Bills have been excellent. Report Dion 3-5 times a game to make them think and slow them down mentally for an easy Davis TD.
  4. For vet minimum, 1 year deal…I’d be open to it. It improves our odds on the field. He whines, he’s gone. Simple as that, and that goes for camp all the way to the SB. But if he could prove to keep to himself and play ball, he’d be an addition for sure. Imagine down the road a NFL Films presentation where a team that just won the SB, turfed a player the year before, comes back and they win it lol.
  5. And most of these reactions came well before the news of the suspensions. I still believe the vast majority of the moves made are cap friendly/good players. All we can do to see if I’m right in my assessment is wait for the season to play out. A Superbowl appearance IMO would validate my suggestion of the A+ grade. Time will tell.
  6. Just watched myself, unfortunate situation. However, we have the roster to sustain such things…just like last year with von and milano out.
  7. Odd to say the least. I’m wondering if Beane was willing to sign these guys despite knowing this was coming.
  8. Exactly this. I won’t lie, it hurt my feelings he left. A guy like that deserves to be on a championship team. He came a year too soon IMO
  9. That ship has sailed…even at a discount. Had he produced more last year this could’ve been a real possibility.
  10. Well stated…but come on now
  11. Beane is killing it. Shakin, bakin n makin the Bills a Super Bowl team methinks. As fond as I am of Josh, BillsMafia, the Pegulas and Coach, Beane has his place. He’s doing us just fine.
  12. We were a play or two away from the SB this year and we’ve arguably improved at every position over the course of the past few days, minus the positions that haven’t been addressed ie. OL, CB, TE etc. Surely some of those will be managed with draft picks of which we have ten. I’ll say it again, beane has done a fantastic job thus far. He’s accomplished far more to this point than I thought he would have.
  13. Wizard, magician, legend 😳
  14. Considering the Bills were like 15 mil over the cap a couple weeks ago despite the cap increase, it’s nothing short of incredible what he’s pulled off here. To completely retain AND rebuild the team in 1 offseason almost seems impossible but somehow or another he’s managed. If this isn’t A+ for a manager…I don’t know what is.
  15. He might turn into one of those redemption stories ppl love so much. He was gold in the playoffs when certain guys on the team folded. Bring in some competition of course, but if I had to put money on it I’m thinking he’s the guy, at least for now. Nothing would make me happier to see him do the reverse Norwood and lock one up for us. If he does, it’ll be a lifetime contribution to the cats for me…no questions asked.
  16. Negating the divisional opponents, our road games in 2025 are Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Carolina, Atlanta and Houston. I can’t remember the last time we had such a favorable road schedule. I get there’s a few teams at home this year, but they’re all teams we’ve already beat at home minus Philly…and IMO if the Bills can beat the Lions on the road, they can take Philly at home. This should be the Bills best shot at an undefeated season despite the extra game. The Chiefs are primed to lose a couple guys and the Bills will make 1 or 2 splash signings this year which I ultimately think makes the difference in landing first.
  17. Can’t tell you how proud I am of these Bills. Garbage result as we all know, but they’ll be better next year and they were very good (despite the rebuild). It took me 3 days to cancel my Buffalo hotel reservation for next weekend. That hurts as much as the game honestly…it was going to be the weekend of a lifetime. I’ll utilize that resource for other trips to double down on my fandom for now. Ellicottville, East Aurora, Rochester…here we come. I need to be surrounded amongst those vibes well before the season comes. I can’t say that I’ve ever been to Fisher, and I know it’s trickier now but I’ll definitely will make that a priority this summer. The hardest part about this loss isn’t the chiefs…it’s the wait.
  18. Driving to a sports bar in Hamilton to watch the game with my girlfriend and her parents. Since the playoffs have started, I’ve noticed a good amount of Bills fans here in Brantford, all the way to Niagara Falls where I’m from originally. Go Bills!
  19. Try to get Jim Cornette to cut a promo on the Chiefs for us 😂
  20. All week, but in a very good way. Love the positivity and good vibes surrounding this game. It’s hard to explain, but the energy just feels right, like it’s meant to/going to happen.
  21. Shakir is a fine receiver. Call him what you want…but he’s good.
  22. I think a fair amount of casual football fans feel like Kelce is washed, and I can understand that. He looks slow, certainly not explosive by any means…but the lack of a chiefs run game leads me to believe mahomes will still favour the pass in this game (even if only marginally). We’ve been waiting a while for Rousseau to have another can’t miss, standout game. The AFC Championship is the perfect platform to do so. I think there will be several guys on defense that have a day for us to win this game, but my guess for the Bills clincher: 2 sacks, 4 TFL, 1 pass defended
