One game i’m interested to see the result in is the Steelers/Patriots. Who do you see winning this game and why? To me it’s a total toss up. I will say I think there’s more pressure on Pittsburgh to win just due to the fact that the Bengals are down Burrow and the Ravens have a tough out with Detroit. Who ya got?

I know the D has some things to work on after this one…but what a play. The immediate recognition that Waddle was going to run that short route, and the instincts and ability to jump the pattern to seal the game was huge. I think the Bills D until after the bye is going to look like this. Up and down but once we got everyone back, this could be a very, very good group.

Well, I think pretty all this happened including the Shavers sighting. Would like to see Knox & Shavers dialed up a little more for the Saints.

My prediction for Thursday: 1. Kincaid has his best game of the year so far statistically. Lots of slants, abusing Miami up the middle of the field. 2. Knox rebounds to a dropless game (even tho you could argue PI on one of his drops against the Jets). 3. Hawes puts on a clinic with some textbook blocking this week. This is also the sort of game, or situation where I’d like to see Brady dial it up for Shavers a few times. Let’s see what this kid can do with the ball in his hands in front of a packed, stacked and jacked Highmark Stadium on Thursday night.

Shoot…was hoping to see Big Ed vs Fireman Ed. Oh well, as the injuries come about it’s more important you sit the guys that need it, we’ll be fine. There’s capable guys behind him and this will give our rooks the all important experience they need for us to get truly deep at the position.

Prater you want around for sure, but last night hearing the commentators say his max was 53 pregame….no thanks. There’s a spot for him, but a huge game for us probably at some point requires a 55-65 yard kick, i’ll give Bass the nod as long as he’s healthy

Said it before the game and I’ll say it again, the NFL did the Ravens dirty just like they did last year with their opening game. High-stakes game, on the road against a quality opponent where you had your heart tore out the year before. Credit to the Ravens, there wasn’t much more they could’ve done to win the game. But i’ll say this, when their kicker shanked the extra point, i felt like they left the window open and the Bills would come back. How many times were we on the receiving end of that during the 17 years of despair. Huge game. That likely just got us the 1 seed because KC looks like a shell of themselves and the division is what it is. Enjoy the win!

After the initial jubilation, my thoughts would go to this as well. How does Beane continue to bolster the roster to win a few more before 17 rides off into the sunset. With Josh and a nice team put together around him, the goal has to be a dynasty…nothing less.
