  1. I actually thing the 12-men penalty is a good thing. It makes the coaching staff look even worse... I'm serious. It's a humiliating way to lose and we needed to be humiliated for Pegula to rethink this team's future.
  2. 12 men. Perfect way to lose it.
  3. Upside is that many of us might get the coaching changes, at some point, perhaps in the offeason, we want. We shall see...
  4. Season done. Time for us to invest our emotions in things that matter.
  5. Did Allen just take second place all time? Watching a delayed stream. I see now it is...
  6. I partially agree. The D is/was fine. The offense stank. But being ill prepared and not having a viable and "easy" passing plan is partially the responsibility of the staff.
  7. If the Bills lose, and it's not looking great for them, they deserve it. And the team and staff deserves all the heat they get.
  8. If someone said the Broncos would have 190 total yards with 8 minutes left, you'd take that, right?
  9. Who is charged with the fumble?
  10. It's almost as if the offense is purposely trying to lose... Almost.
  11. Wow. I haven't seen the Bills look that driven all year. Impressive, impressive drive. Kudos to Cook and Murray.
  12. I love Fred Jackson but his tweet hasn't aged well 15 minutes later.
  13. No, it wasn't a question about his contract but in the same moment he talked about wanting to help teammates, like Von, and "team success." Those are not incentives, as far as I know. He's a team player. Move on.
  14. Good for him, seems like a nice guy, but I'm way more happy that his team handed Cincy a loss.
  15. He'll sign a deal elsewhere, and get overpaid, likely, and we'll get a comp pick.
  16. Just when everyone thought the Bills luck had to get better (at the end of the 2022 season, the crap kept piling up. Horrible luck. Not excusing coaching deficiencies and player getting old and/or not performing up to their past standards, but it's been two straight years of terrible luck.
  17. A steaming plate of ambivalence will sit in front of me during the game: 1. My instinct as a Bills fan since about 1996 is to always root for them and hope for the best. 2. My instinct as a Bills fan who has lost faith in this staff is that macro changes are required to salvage the second half of Allen's prime and this team needs to do much worse than expected to force Pegula to make those changes. Similar to teams in QB limbo, I'm not sure getting 9 or 10 wins now is good for this team. I could be wrong but I think implosion (option 2) might be better for this team in the long run. Pegula needs to see hordes of fans with pitchforks and a consensus in the national media that this team is done in order to make big changes...
  18. Maybe because he's more careful running this year (taking slides, etc.) he's not going full throttle. Not a big worry right now, I think.
  19. This is the least excited I've been for a Bills game in a long time.
  20. Haven't seen that but that makes me think of... William H. Macy in Boogie Nights: Someone else is always eating our lunch.
  21. Miller's contact now looking (post injury; he looked great last year and many of us thought he'd be a very good player for three years) really bad: Dead cap: 2024: $32,501,000 2025: $15,417,000 2026: $9,043,000 Yikes. Looks like we're stuck with Von for at least two more years after this. Let's hope he keeps getting better in his recovery and can still be an impact player. Not saying he will, but that's the hope. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/buffalo-bills/von-miller-7717/
  22. No pass rush. No run game. No Gabe Davis (i.e. another consistent receiving threat besides Diggs and a rookie TE) and no chance.
  23. Dallas snatched defeat from the jaws of victory here.
