  1. I think about this fact like I think about Josh. They are both great QBs ( Josh is way better imo) who's teams don't help him out by getting real weapons for him. I never really take the ravens too seriously because of this. I'm sure this is how many view the Bills.
  2. 34-31 eagles.
  3. Opposing players have already said that the Bills run a basic defense and they know what they're doing.
  4. Your second paragraph is exactly right IMO. I don't understand why they went away from it. Was it all joshs elbow? Some say he got concussed? Game plan?
  5. I fully understand what you are saying and it makes sense to me. I'm just not the guy that looks at things with rose colored glasses (not saying you are). When the bills drafted EJ or Losman they were mocked and criticized by the media and fans for not getting things right. Remember the saying "QB purgatory". If a team is criticized for not hitting on the pick, then yes, I do feel that I can also believe that they gambled on the Josh pick (I am so glad they did). We make fun of the patriots and say they are nothing without Brady and so on. It's all the same to me. We all say that the draft gurus are full of themselves and that we never really know who is going to pan out in the NFL. Many do and many don't. Some for their draft status some don't. And some way outplay what value they were projected to have. This is why I originally said that we are sold in hope because no one really knows. If they all knew then every team would be amazing and we'd all be winners. My problem with coaching is they just don't truly learn from their mistakes. They say "we'll watch the film and learn from it" but then they still line up 10 yards deep when only 4 yards is needed for a first down. They hope for other teams to make mistakes and for "us" to get a turnover of sorts". I'm not saying fire guys pursay I just wish they'd do something they say they always do...."learn from their mistakes". I hope "we" are more healthy next year and that the weather doesn't screw with things, but those are things that can't be controlled. Coaching schemes can. Sorry for the essay lol. Go Bills!
  6. Look you can respond like you have no disappointment in the way things have gone. I wish I was like you. Im Not saying at all they don't " give a *****". But if we are going to assume things let's just say that I feel like the coaching staff is full of ego. For 3 years in a row our defense has not been able to get the job done in Big games. Yeah Josh is great, but the coaching staff absolutely did not know he was going to be. None of us can act like this team did us a favor. They took a chance in a guy and they hit BIG. Im glad they did. But now I think they are wasting his talent. If by showing us they care is giving the team a great training facility..ok , awesome. How about they show us they care by actually building an Oline to protect Josh. Not just one year deals to castoffs from other teams. The thread is about my gut instinct. I gave it.
  7. While lining their pockets. Nothing will change. We're all sold on hope i guess
  8. I'm torn on much of this. I can see the Bills as a chargers like team, always real good but then never gets there. Mahomes has a great coach a great Oline and a generational TE and yes Mahomes is great himself. Burrow has the best WR group in the NFL. He is also really good. Doesn't not get emotional and takes what is given. Allen doesn't have the Oline, the WRs #2 and 3, the TE or the Coach. Allen is just as and if not more talented than the other two, but he does tend to make bad choices often because he feels he needs to compensate for all that the offense lacks. Put Allen on those other teams and we'd be saying the same of those other QBs.
  9. Here's my thought for what it's worth. The OP is right. He'd have to fire the next defensive coordinator too. Firing Frazier will only show the flaws in McDs defense is because of McD.
  10. Yeah let's not rush to judgement and ruin his clean reputation. I mean come on it was just a gun in her face and a threat.
  11. Idk. The NFL doesn't seem to care how players treat woman. I hope your right.
  12. Ohh it's bad no doubt. Good thing a nice person found it.
  13. The thought that this team looked at film and thought the defensive game plan was solid during the playoff the last couple of years is crazy to me. Yeah we won a lot of double digit games this year but we also made some subpar QBs look pretty good playing against the Bills. But ya cant say that during the season or you're a bad fan and should go cheer for the other team.
  14. He plays in the NFL he has almost nothing to worry about. Then again he is a backup so....idk
  15. Man this kinda pisses me off thinking of it this way. But you're right.
  16. Oline all day. Informative opinion, I know.
  17. I'm thinking maybe they all passed on it.
  18. For real. I come on here hoping to read that we let one or both go. Why do we need to watch this team lose in almost the same fashion for yet another year?
  19. Yes Josh had an elbow problem but we have more of a coaching problem. No creativity.
  20. Man I can't stand Kelsey, the chiefs, Mahomes.........on and on.
  21. I with ya. I remember how he wasn't good enough for us based on reading in here.
  22. Same as said about the eagles. But really both teams are pretty darn good.
