Bettis just signed with the Steelers again, so there are not many RB's to choose from this off season. TD will get a quality pick or player for Travis, or he will remain a Bill next year. I don't think that would be a bad thing.

He had a chance to fight for it - the STEELERS GAME. It pisses me off as well the way he trashed the Bills on NFL network. He did not do that to the Pats when he came here from NE.

I am hearing the same thing here in Tampa. The Bucs are in cap hell, but have 11 Draft picks. The talk down here is they will trade some picks for players under contract so they don't have to pay the signing bonus. Sheltons name is most often mentioned.

I agree with you we don't always have to agree. There may be some GMs who agree with you, but it only takes one who likes Henry to get a deal done. You are also forgeting the fact -if a team signs a Faulk and uses a draft pick for a backup, that is a pick they could have used at another position & need had they signed Henry. I also think you are crazy if you think Faulk is better than Henry today even for one year. Faulk had nothing left last year. The Bus will most likley stay with the Steelers.

Only one bad thing happened to Drew & he did it to himself. Instead of working on his game improving himself in the offseason, He went home and forgot about football. If he had worked on his game and learned to throw the short pass with touch instead of into the ground, as well as read defences he could have been great.

Cam Cleeland was great but injuries have taken a toll on him.

If we can't sign him to a reasonable amount,I think we should tag him and try to trade him. If Atlanta wants him I'm sure TD would be happy to work something out with them - say a #1 (just kidding)

Brad is out for sure, but he is less mobile than Bledsoe. Brian may be out, as so far he is asking for a boatload of $ the Bucs can't / won't pay.

Shaud is only an inch shorter than Travis Henry. If he can put on some lbs of muscle, I think he could be a great backup to Willis. I would love to have Bettis here for short yard situations.

Ok, You are CRAZY. I would trust the season to Shane over Quincy or Jeff.If he decides to play another year look for Shane to be the Bills backup.

You are implying Drew was responsable for 3 or 4 wins last season. I don't think so. If the Bills can win 9 with Drew they should be able to win at least that many without him as I think he blew 2-3 games last year.

I agree totally with you. He should at least match Bledsoes 9-7. I think it speaks volumes that a SoCal guy showed up in Buffalo in Febuary to work out.

What have you been watching? The kid can move out of his way - unlike Bledsoe. He is also very accurate throwing on the run.

If they wait for him to be cut he can go where he wants. By trading for him they are sure to get him, and I think they could live with the contract as they won't have to pay a bonus.

One year vet who sat on the bench, watched film, learned. When would you like JP to start, after he sat on the bench for 4 years? The only way to get experience at anything is to go out and do it. A dentist has to pull that first tooth, a doctor has to make that first incision etc.

The problem with Drew in my opinion is he had so much talent, he never worked on his game in the off season. He went to Montana & did the family thing instead of trying to improve himself. This is why he can throw the deep ball great (talent), but has a difficult time reading defences, and throwing the short ball ( how many of those do you remember landing in the dirt or at the ankles of receivers ).

Your source is wrong. Simms was injured the first game he started last year. Look for him to start for the Bucs this year.
