Dorsey won't leave. He will get a big contract with the Bills to be OC and then he will leave for a head coaching job when he realizes he can never win a championship as long as McDermott and Frazier are coaching the defense.

4th tier? 1st tier coaches don't lose all six of their close game. 0-6 in close games is disgraceful.

Six. That is how many close games we played in this year. We lost all six.

The Bills were in six close games this year. They LOST ALL SIX. The Bills have built a coaching staff and roster of choke artists. It will not change until Mc Choke Artist is fired.

Unbearable? The Bills just experienced the worst loss by any team in any sport. EVER. This makes the loss to the Giants in the Superbowl look like nothing. How do you blow a lead like that? Textbook squib kick and keep all the receivers in front of you. GAME OVER. That loss is beyond inexcusable. This team will never recover. The only solution is to fire the head coach and DC. They are never winning a championship with dumb and dumber on the coaching staff.

They had Phil Jackson. We have choke artist McDermott. Big difference. McDermott was garbage in Philly and is garbage in Buffalo.

Step 1. Fire McDermott and Frazier. Step 2. Make Daboll head coach. Step 3. Bring in someone who can coach defense. There is a reason McDermott was fired by the Eagles and nobody will hire Frazier. They are not capable of taking a team to the promised land. Nice guys. No killer instincts.
