We rarely punish QB’s when they run. It’s one of my biggest gripes with our defense. I would be instructing our runners to level Mahomes, Lamar, etc when they run. I’ll take the 15 yard penalty a few times. I’m not worried about them retaliating and trying to level our tank of a QB. If anything, i’d be more worried about tendons and ligaments in cold weather (they become more stiff and have less ability to stretch).

Tackling that freight train known as Derrick Henry is going to suck in cold weather.

No idea what game you were watching but the ST’s were below average as usual. - Martin almost got blocked on our one punt (watch it again). His lead up is soooo long. - Gave up a first down on a fake punt that Tony Romo predicted after watching them turn their backs in practice when guarding the gunners (but apparently Smiley didn’t). - No one blocked Denver’s punt team from downing the ball at the 1 yard line. All it would take is blocking the one Bronco near the endzone. I suppose you can say they didn’t give up anything catastrophic, but they certainly did not play well.

That doesn’t come until the divisional round.
