1) How many times are we going to let Hill settle in in that zone? 2) The next time we have the ball, we NEED to STOP running the ball. It is simply a waste of a down at this point.

How do we not have a quick hitter in that situation? There was not a single player that did a quick slant to get the easy first down. None.

Nonsense. Jones scores 9 times out of 10 in that same situation. Defense made a great play. McD’s comment that we have to throw it in the endzone should be pointed at Brady, considering we had ZERO receivers in the endzone.

Agreed. I don’t blame Josh at all. 1) We score 90 times out of 100 in that same situation. 2) Defense made an incredible play.

Yeah, he didn’t mention that. Burning a timeout at midfield-ish when you have only 1 left with under 2 minutes left is bonkers.

I’m worried about the defense more than the offense right now. Miami is moving the ball at will. And how do we not bump Miami receivers at the goal line? It’s not like they have a full field behind you to run. Don’t give them an easy get-off.

It was an option route for the WR and it only works when the QB and WR are on the same page. They weren’t. Should Josh have turfed it? You can make that case if you want, but there is reason why more than half of Allen’s INT’s are to Gabe.
