  1. I’ve traveled to several other stadiums as part of an annual trek where me and 19 others get together for a guys’ weekend. JAX: I honestly hated the actual city of Jacksonville so much I have a hard time even caring about the stadium, which was meh. Honestly I don’t know how anyone can live in that town. It literally smells (I mean literally like the literal version, whereas it literally ***** stinks). Google it. And I kid you not, when we asked where the best place for a steak was (we go to one nice steak dinner in each city), the answer we got was the Ruth’s Chris. Now, they make an above average steak, but if that’s your crowning restaurant, it’s no wonder the city has an odor. ATL: the stadium is awesome. Concession prices are insanely low (or were when we went) and since I believe there are 8 real Falcons fans, we were treated excellently. Nashville: That stadium could be in the middle of a Jr high baseball field. The college game like experience when the Bills play there is awesome. They actually DO have some fans, but at least 60% of them are willing to sell their tickets to bills fans. KC: now this might get me banned, but that stadium is incredible. I won’t say louder than Rich stadium, but it was LOUD. And the ***** talking was great, but with a sense of mutual respect. That may have been because we took the W when we went (last year) but overall A+ experience. LA: I will say this; if you get the chance to see any sporting event at Sofi, do it. It’s in a league of its own. I got second row seats (my wife’s 10 year anniversary gift for me) so I was spoiled a bit, but the views, the screens, the clean concessions, the fact that they have RVs outside where you can put stuff (ie my wife’s purse) in lockers and get it out later without any problems, the ease of getting an Uber afterwards; the list goes on. The opposing fans who are late for their kale enema and look bored the entire time aside, it’s an incredible place to watch a game.
  2. Look at you falling for the propaganda. One of those was clearly a minor back injury.
  3. Moving on from the well-deserved beat down you’re receiving from this post, I’ll try to answer the question: He restructured his contract last year. If we trade him, we’re stuck with approximately $5.6 trillion in dead cap.
  4. We need a ChatGPT API to summarize threads.
  5. Outside of his lack of ability to regularly throw accurate passes, he was the quintessential NFL quarterback.
  6. We’re a stupid group, but we’re not THAT stupid.
  7. Listened on the radio with my dad since it wasn’t on TV in WNY (which - looking back - is shocking). I was 12 but remember just being annoyed by the loss. Then, the second half started. And my annoyance turned to sadness as the pick six put the nail in the coffin. Luckily, my old man is stubborn. In the history of attending Bills and Sabres games with him, no matter the score, we never left early. Apparently same went for blowout games on the radio. And I’m glad it did. 947? Fellow Derby guy?
  8. He’s seen A LOT to be sad about.
  9. So turning a franchise of lovable losers into true SB contenders for three years straight and counting is worth more than the opinions of fans on TBD? Blasphemy.
  10. I understand they also wouldn’t want to exit the vehicle underwater, nor could they with the pressure. But something about literally being bolted in from the outside adds to the terror of this for me. And, if the thing just used buoyancy and ended up breaking the surface, I assume that it doesn’t let air in at that point and still needs the bolts removed?
  11. This is absolute nightmare fuel. I couldn’t imagine many worse ways to go. At this point, I’m hoping the thing just cracked and the end was quick for these 5. However I’ve read that of all the ways the thing was duct taped together, the hull was one thing that wouldn’t fail. Also, was watching an interview with a guy who had been on this death trap last year. He said it wasn’t uncommon to lose communication for 2-3 hours at a clip. So he said that it was likely many many hours before anyone called the coast guard or for any other help.
  12. I think many are forgetting about that last point. We had a scary good defense last year that was bit by the injury bug. With guys healthy again, plus the additions made on the off-season? The defense has only gotten better then. And depending on when Von returns, it got markedly better. I feel like McD will lean into the “break and break hard” style vs Fraziers “bend so much you give a 20 yard cushion on 3rd and long in the ***** playoffs.” We’ll likely give up a few more big plays along the way, but in the whole, I’d bet a good amount we hold teams to fewer points per game this season.
  13. Of course you can! This is murrca. You can’t bring two.
  14. Next January, we’re kidnapping Josh and keeping him at my house during the playoffs. Deal.
  15. I learned it by watching you!
  16. Oh, I agree. I’m also of the mind that we would have gotten crushed in the first Cinnci game, but I don’t think I’m allowed to say that. I was just going on the rumor mill, and it seems feasible after the game was out of hand that Stef got pissed that Josh didn’t do everything possible the night before to be prepped.
  17. And all of this is because (one of the theories) Stef is mad that Josh wasn’t ready for Cinci because of his relationship issues? Well, it almost makes sense. Josh saying it’s not football. Coach being “blindsided” by it. Stef realizing Josh’s night of craziness cost him one of his last shots at a ring.
  18. i have docusign.
  19. Oh yeah, slap me Mr Stinky Finger!!
  20. Pitch clock hit 8 on that last one.
  21. Yep. For those asking why Diggs being a little B word* is such a problem, this is one example. *yes, I’ve turned on him already - he re-upped last ***** year! And unless he knows zero about how dead cap space works, he is doing nothing but damaging the team.
  22. Well, when you put it that way… (honestly, good post. None of us should be surprised by this).
  23. Remember when we would have killed to have any news about the Bills be a headline on NFL.com? Well, the 2023 bickering bills have made that a reality on day ***** one of training camp.
  24. If so, let that guy know that I’m VERY close to the guy I know who has it.
