We’re still not ready to admit Josh played like ***** again, huh?

The worst thing is you can almost feel the downhill slide we’re now on. This is like the 90’s SB era ending. Our core isn’t getting younger. This was that bad.

On top of the rest of his poor play, Josh seemed to be searching out big hits. He was running into guys instead of out of bounds for almost no chance of more yards and took a big hit late for refusing to slide. I actually praised the first one at the time because we seemed to be ok this game early. Boy was I wrong. Just 100% sloppy game. Two of these would be really concerning.

The answer was there the entire game: Throw short/mid range passes to your two stud tight ends and nothing else. Ok fine, keep Diggs happy with pass or two, but why were we so determined to have James cook be the MVP of week one? and Josh better not say he’s going to “learn from this.” It’s been 5 years. You’re either a slow learner or too stubborn to change. I give Diggs one more game like this until the tweets and instagram posts start getting nice and cryptic (I know, I know, he can’t be traded due to the cap; I’m rage posting at the moment).

i think this might just be the new norm. we are no longer an elite team. The 2020 Bills would have destroyed this current team.

Josh said all offseason he was going to avoid hits. On his first run it seemed he only stayed in bounds to hit people. There were no yards to be had by not just running out of bounds. He loves this *****.
