    The Bills can use the sixth's to trade up or trade for players, though. I highly doubt The Bills will use all of them on picks.

    Here we go - so much nattering that we start to fall behind. Apparently the Packers pick is in as well as the Cardinals, but we haven't heard the latter yet.

    I agree, but I'd still have concerns about that if we had drafted Mayer.

    He's a different style of TE to Kincaid, and maybe what the Bills do not need at the current time.

    If that is the case, why didn't the Cowboys snap him up rather than reaching directly afterwards? I think we also have to consider the style of play as well. Mayer is more of a traditional TE, but the Bills already has one of those in Knox. Kincaid is more of a TE/WR hybrid which will suit their offense more.

    True, should be "in the draft"! The way you're going on about it makes it sound like you think it - it's coming across that you think it's a disastrous pick which we'll regret, ergo he must be a bad player.

    Yes, we get it. Mayer is the best TE ever to come from the draft, even though teams in the TE market didn't bother to draft him in the first, despite being given the opportunity to do so. Meanwhile, Kincaid is woeful, dreadful, awful, and will cost Beane and McDermott their jobs whilst Josh will go from a top five QB to bottom five QB simply because of him. We get it.

    The way Beane was talking about the loss of the fourth round pick yesterday I wouldn't be surprised if we traded back in the second or third to get it back.

    A great read as ever, GunnerBill. I do have an opinion on this but would be interested in the thoughts of others - is the common consensus that the Jets and Cowboys both want to trade back once their picks had been selected by the Steelers and the Bills, only failing to find an appropriate deal so took their BPA?
