  1. They are elite players against the run. Primary by avoiding blocks at times but not always. While your concern is valid. A healthy D with some tweaks should bend but not break. With the exception of the Colts game, those are the only two where the Bills were gashed for a half or more. McD is an excellent adjustment coach. Those are big numbers. I’ll concede those games you are correct. As I’ve said it’s a concern and every team has at least one.
  2. Fair point but red zone D is solid and they are not giving up a lot of points. I assume they tweak it a bit if a team just pounds it. But I have confidence in half time adjustments like the Colts game. Is it potentially a problem? Sure, but each team has weaknesses. The Bills haven’t lost playoff games due to run game dominance as far as I recall.
  3. 💯 I want the 7th seed with a 9-8 record who win three in a row miraculously despite scoring 21 points per game.
  4. Spot Hero 923 S Prairie for $75 directly across from SoFi. This is where Josh Allen’s folks had the big party where I parked right next to them. Not sure if still spots. Not a huge lot.
  5. Section 508 big family crew. We come from Clovis north about 3 hours. Not too far from Firebaugh. Last time we parked directly across from SoFi $150. Randomly parked next to Josh Allen’s entire family and friends (full blow catered party) and likely half of Firebaugh 😆.. they could not have been nicer! I’ve already paid for that spot again 👍
  6. His suspension is because of previous behavior. It has everything to do with it. His actions are what matter. Multiple obvious late hits and then this hit where he could have not used his forearm. Along with a punch and a fight. And his and Texans reaction since playing the fool have not helped. They should have held him accountable for the first two, and the league should have given him one game after the Chicago punch. It’s the worst QB hit since Kiko on Flacco. We can agree on the softness of the league similar to defenseless player hits. But it’s the rule and had been for some time. Adjust or don’t play.
  7. The issue was this guy has had multiple and recent late hits. Bears (followed by punch), Titans sideline plays on RB’s. Extremely late.. in addition to the choke on Brady. Then this on TL with a clear forearm. IMHO this one was the least egregious of the three. But it was cheap and looks like he could have adjusted. As far as QB’s sliding the only thing that can be done is to flag fake slides. But that brings more objective reffing which I think will be problematic. And we can all see KC getting no flag but let’s say the Raiders get it. It is a very challenging situation for D players. But I think for the most part they adjust and make the no hit. This guy, his coach, and the GM are becoming an embarrassment with the victim spin. The Texans have become a bit over the top on and off the field. And they have lost credibility.
  8. The presser by NC GM of Texans is embarrassing. The player has had multiple recent late hits.. following one of them he punched a player. So this is 3 in about 6 weeks. Did they not talk to the guy ? He’s obviously hurting the team. He should have been suspended after the Bears punch. But the indignant defense of the poor innocent cheap shop artist is rich. Going so far to say he’s a great guy and how do they know his intent? Well his actions are his intent Texans! 3 late hits and two fights after, the Jags fight he takes his helmet off and wants to throw down. The response from the Texans top to bottom shows zero accountability and a lack of leadership maturity. I’m sure their classy response will help him got a reduction. Having said that it should be his second suspension and that’s on the league.
  9. Except his apology non apology included his being a victim. His decision to wear cleats that are clearly political approved by the NFL while at the same time not allowing others to do the same is hypocrisy. That I assume has triggered some inappropriate attacks. Certainly any racial attacks are not appropriate. Yet his on field behavior speaks to a dirty cheap shot mentality. While at the same time it’s ridiculous to suggest he be jailed. I actually think a 1 game suspension is the right amount. Since up to this point he’s had zero games. His coach and the NFL own some of this repeat behavior because he’s not been held accountable.
  10. Yes, Ryan’s comments show an over abundance of protection for his guy. A guy who has a long history of infractions. Telling us all that he hasn’t held the guy accountable! Even after punching the Bears guy immediately followed by the late hit on the Titans RB. The Texans have been very borderline with late/dirty hits during his tenure. Demonstrates a lack of true HC growth. They are not a serious contender with him at the helm.
  11. Browns are a problem.. like Jets wanna be 😆
  12. Texans have been very edgy all year on D. This guy is clearly making intensional late hits. Should get one game suspension. Texans have peaked and are trending the wrong way.
  13. Actually no. Brady was barely beginning his slide and was upright. A legal if brutal hit but not dirty.
  14. Completely different play.. Brady was scrambling and not actively sliding. Also the league had not changed the rules at that point. Clearly in today’s NFL the defense knows that play is unacceptable!
  15. Agree 💯 they are simply not as good as the other afc teams. But if in KC must blow them out. They will unlikely lose a one score game.. for a variety of reasons.
  16. The Bills and Ravens are not going to give the game to the Chiefs. And both teams have more talent.
  17. Couldn’t disagree more. The Chiefs are playing bad football. Both OT’s are not good, and if not for Andy Reid whining about the penalties Taylor got in the season opener last year, they would be flagged every play. The CB is not good. They are not getting out of the first round.
  18. Correct 👍 draw or even a 3-4 yard run would have been huge
  19. Burn TO kick FG when kicker is off today. Punt the ball, keep TO’s or just go for it!
  20. I’m not concerned that he’s playing. They had zero chance without him, but Bills are the better team. Will cover the 6.5
  21. I saw replay and the ref on the sideline had him making the first down. Didn’t see a replay that showed his knee down 🤷🏻‍♂️
  22. Fair enough but he is also more likely to take any play to the house. So some drops no argument just think the Bills have it right currently. The least of my concerns about the Bills is rb rotation. Injuries, D run issues, and game management in that order for me. Having said that 7-2 with a realistic shot at the 2seed, this year exceeding my expectations.
  23. The Cook run from the 7 to the 2 was a demonstration of Cooks power and determination. Balance and strength when hit behind the line, might be the best run of his career. I think the Bills are using the RB room spot on. But that’s just me!
  24. Josh gotta lead D while refs are bad not holding up. Your best player has to win the game.
