  1. I want to spin this off from the Josh is lazy thread, and really debate this at face value. Let’s look at other QBs and their “work ethic” “talent abilities” and compare them to get a better idea of why. Let’s start with Tom Brady. Everyone here knows that Tom Brady is one of the least athletic QBs and yet he always had solid statistics and always knew where to place the ball. Everyone here knows that Josh Allen is one of the most athletic QBs. Josh has admitted he isn’t big into game film. But the more you dig into what it takes to be great, the more concerning that seems to be. How is it that Tom Brady can win so many super bowls with lower tier athleticism and arm strength and yet Josh Allen with his superior skill set has been unable to win even 1 Super Bowl? Tom Brady never really had a true #1 WR for an extended period of time outside of Moss, and yet he still always managed to keep the chains moving and put up points enough to win games. Josh Allen has had a true #1 WR for an extended period of time Diggs, and yet still unable to get over the hump. So I think questions around Allen’s “laziness” is warranted. Why should an elite talented QB be struggling more than a non elite talented QB? The only real difference is football IQ and studying the game to the point were you can attack and become a master despite not having elite traits. Maybe I’m wrong in this thinking, and others can chime in. But things do seem to not add up.
  2. This place is nothing but a happy shinny people music video Bills addition. You can’t even be critical without calls for banning or being placed on ignore. From what I’ve seen, I’m not sold on Allen being the hardest worker in the QB world. Relying on talent only gets you so far, and it’s partially why we haven’t won a super bowl. To be the best, you have to want it more than anyone else.
  3. Well now we know why Matt got cut!! Allen still mad he lost in pickle ball to his wife.
  4. But he wins Super Bowls so I think most people give him a pass.
  5. I guess this is what they mean by Josh being lazy? Doing all these commercials, golf, social events. Rather than dedicating more time to getting better on the field?
  6. Let’s just assume that Beane isn’t holding the Bills back, then who is? The coaches? The players? If it’s the players, why? Not enough talent? Or not executing schemes properly? Is that because of a lack of talent or not very good coaching? If it’s the players, then isn’t Beane ultimate responsible for bringing them on this team for McD to coach up?
  7. I never said I was perfect. All I’m doing is trying to hold this organization accountable. At the end of the day not winning Super Bowls has to fall on someone. How many years do Beane and McD get, honest question? Why aren’t we winning Super Bowls? Don’t tell me because football is hard, we no longer employee Jauron.
  8. It’s passing the buck in the sense that it’s just empty words. What will they do to ensure it doesn’t happen again? It’s just passing the buck into the wind. If Beane would have just said, we made a terrible mistake and that it’s inexcusable and to hold himself accountable that would be great. Maybe he will have enough decency to resign and tell the fan base he failed to accomplish what he set out to do if they don’t win the super bowl this year. I respect that more than anything.
  9. If Ford does become all pro (doubt it), who is to say he also wasn’t given enough time to develop? Sounds like something GMs say to pass the buck.
  10. This place will implode if he becomes another Teller.
  11. I mean having a debate about being biggest loser isn’t really that enjoyable. Maybe someday Bills fans can talk about something else. If the Bills or the Bengals is the 1 week or 1 month old milk, does it really matter?
  12. How is it a double standard? Clearly I said there is no difference between losers, in the sense that they are all losers regardless of place. But that doesn’t mean those losers can’t have varying talent. Its true that all losers are inept. But it’s also true that there is a difference between 1 week old left out milk and 1 month old left out milk.
  13. This is true, they are losers. But they are better losers than we are.
  14. Closer than we’ve been lately. Maybe this year the Bills will show me something, hope so. Tired of being let down.
  15. Lol only on this forum is winning not equated with well ran operations. If you win and win Super Bowls, you are good. If you don’t, you aren’t.
  16. At the end of the day, that’s all that matters in the football world.
  17. Elite defense get blown out in the playoffs, everyone knows that.
  18. I mean it’s coming from a guy that basically gave Teller away, threw away Ford, and bag of peanuts for Boogie and a fiasco with 3rd round RBs. Just once I’d like to draft an all pro outside of Allen.
  19. Maybe if we drafted better, we wouldn’t have to dumpster dive.
