  1. I wouldn't be concerned - muscle can be added, height cannot
  2. if they had worthy, Legette, Mitchell, McConkey, Franklin, Coleman, etc all rated relatively the same, trade down, get more assets and take whom you like best of the remaining at 33, or further trade down to 36 and do the same. i think there's a >50% chance they trade down again tol the gih 30s 'cuz I think they like Franklin and think they can get him at around 40
  3. Hollins really? Hollins? Come on now. He a special teams player, emergency depth piece.
  4. He played one snap at safety last year, all the rest at CB. Not saying he can't play safety, but Iowa just didn't use him as one
  5. I'd be worried That Franklin doesnt last to 47 and Baker doesn't last to 95
  6. walker is undraftable according to analytics - one of the overrated receivers in recent years. I like him too until doing research on him. Substitute Baker, McCafrey, Polk or Burton for Walker A couple of sites I've looked at have McConkey as their #1 player available. #33 McConkey, and #45 Franklin or #60 Baker I would cry tears of joy. I'd bet Ladd gets close to 100 catches a year
  7. If we stick at 33, guessing it's DeJean. I have him ranked #19 in the draft and he screams McDermott. 2 things I could see happening: #33 DeJean #45 (trade up from 60 using 2 of our 5ths) Franklin (I think he may last to 60 and the Bills spent more pre-draft time with him than anybody else) #95 Baker or Burton (off field isses with Burton but the talent is very high) #33 DeJean #60 Baker #95 Burton/McCallister/Rice
  8. They do like Franklin - met with him more than anyone and he has the fewest q’s of any of the remaining wr’s. Walker is an analytics disaster - know way in the world they draft him. I see another small trade then Buffalo taking Mitchell, Ladd or Franklin. Coleman is the “Benjamin” type of wr they have been avoiding. No separation guy
  9. There are none / two issues with BT2: shoulder injury and ran 3 routes in college
  10. How is his separation and contested catch percentage? You don’t take a center in rd 1
  11. Crazy unless you have a plan on trading 60 + a 2nd next year to 35-40 to grab what’s left at wr
  12. BT2 might slide due to shoulder. After the jets take Bowers, there could be a run on defense
  13. I think it’s too early for him but don’t be surprised if it’s Franklin at 28. They spent more time with him than any other prospect. Would like to see a trade down and pick up a 3rd and pick Franklin in rd 2
  14. Chi pick in they better take Odunze so the jets don’t get him. Jets will take bowers which is scary enough
  15. My gut says a surprise with our 1st pick: Troy Franklin I’ll trust their judgement on WR1 but I really want baker as our 2nd wr picked - not sure he lasts until 128 though ideally trade 28 for an early 2nd a a coveted 3rd that Beane wants. Franklin in the early 2nd, Baker in the 3rd. BPA at 60, 128, 133 etc.
  16. Start with 10, trade 4, get 1 = 7, the average for a team.
  17. He like Beasley with more speed Reception perception I believe.
  18. Carolina is rumored to be taking Legette at 33 if he’s available. So can’t move back too far if you want him
  19. I'm not sure he's the best route runner of all WR's but analytics does say he creates better separation than any other wr. Supposedly Buffalo has on last meeiting with Legette, last night, so he may be their target at 28, if the don't move up. I think it's him or Worthy
  20. Eye test (you) vs analytics - what all the analysts are saying……
  21. Mitchell’s yac was horrendous and he’s kind of clumsy looking in his route running and catching. He could be great but he could also be the bust of the group. I stay away Yep - we pass on him, kc takes him and he averages 110 catches the next 10 years
  22. Legette will go to CAR at 33. He’s a nice story but we’re not drafting him at 28. I see: trade up to around 12 for Odunze, or stay at 28, or small trade up, for McConkey, Worthy or Mitchell. Not sure whom Beane like best, but my guess is Worthy
  23. I think you could be correct on all accounts. Miami loves speed, and if Worthy is your guy, you move ahead of worthy. Worthy is too skinny, but otherwise isn’t a one-trick pony - he has solid college production and tracks the long ball very well. His senior year was a bit of a letdown though
