  1. Sadly, I can't disagree with a whole lot of what you said. Some blunt honest truth here. It can happen for sure. It's like going back to the crime scene as a victim. I mean it's pretty much known in the football world that the Bills playoff defense gets exposed. That's why Fraizer got fired despite his great regular season stats.
  2. The "you" in my statement wasn't directed specifically at you. It was more a universal statement. I should have clarified that. Sorry. I'm always eager to pull the trigger on what I see as advantageous bets. I feel like the Bills vs Bengals game is just that. Of course, I can be incorrect and it's solely my opinion.
  3. Their big issue for several years is their oline. Their head coach sometimes makes some questionable decisions. They kind of get a little more media/fan respect perhaps because they went to the dance by beating KC in Arrowhead. A feat the Bills have fallen short of. I think the football world will always be critical of the Bills until they can show the ability to advance to the SB and win it.
  4. I usually bet $25 to $50 dollars. No big deal. I lose more than I win, sometimes I get lucky. There are some people out there and probably on this board that bet a lot bigger. Everyone's budget and tolerance level is different. The betting amount doesn't equate to being more knowledgeable or more successful. I do try to weigh in the sharp money.
  5. You have to be able to separate the two. Often it's not easy to do. It really not a knock against how I am a Bills fan or a loyalty issue. It's more about analyzing the facts and trusting your process. I see this bet as being a very good bet. I think there's only a small difficult path for the Bills to win or Bengals not to cover. Nothing is a sure thing.
  6. If that's your measuring stick then what do you make of McD winning success of 44% in the playoffs as a Bills coach?
  7. I agree. I felt like the Bengals could have scored 50 points against the Bills in that playoff game. Did you have feel similar feelings?
  8. I took the Bengals at plus 5 and Denver plus 8. I got real lucky taking the Bucs and the 10 points vs the Bills in Thursday. This week I'm 3-0. So a great week for me. Kicking myself for not taking the Chargers. They blow it so much I just get timid. I took the Lions tonight in a bounce back game. I took it early and I'm giving away 8.5 points to the Raiders. The line went down to 7.5. Good luck everyone. That's fair. As a Bills fan I hope I lose too. As a better I hope I win. Worst case scenario is if the Bengals win by 1 or 2.
  9. Vegas sharps are Vegas sharps because they recognize the significance of good play and momentum. They can analyse matchups and see who has the better advantages. There I fixed it for you. Or the addition of Josh Norman A great leader with something in the tank. He looks to be a special teams star too. Allen they need now is to get Beasley and Brown back on the roster!
  10. No doubt McD is an upgrade over Fraizer. In fairness to McD, he just doesn't have the players to contain Cinci. You just can't lose your three best players on defense and say next man up or coach them up. This week the Bills fans will feel the impact of losing 3 superstars on defense. Make no mistake about it the Bills need the Allen that showed up in KC playoff game 2 years ago.
  11. I think the line will move to plus 3 for Buffalo. I think sharp money will be all over the Bengals at home. I'd be surprised if the hook goes to Buffalo for plus 3.5. The public just saw the Bengals beat a very good niner team on the road. The way they won was impressive. Meanwhile, the struggling Bills hung on for dear life to beat a Baker Mayfield led team in their home building. I don't find the references of last year being pertinent now. The Bills were the super bowl favorites and the darlings on many in the NFL. They were often over bet and the betting lines were often slightly inaccurate. This year isn't the case especially with the injuries.
  12. Exactly my point. If the Bengals can shred the elite defense of the niners what to you think they are going to do to the Bills in their stadium? We've already seen them dismantle the Bills defense two times last year. You think this Bills defense which may be worse than last year's defense can be successful? The only realistic chance for the Bills to win is if Josh Allen aka Clark Kent turns into superman. It's possible he can.
  13. Well I'm a small better and never bet too much. It's all relative. I bet $300. That's a lot for me.
  14. I can't really get on board with the losing good theme. I understand it but I feel like this is pretty close to must win territory. The Bills are 5-3 and being 5-4 with the upcoming schedule looks pretty daunting. Bleak outlook maybe. The Bills previous 3 losses would suddenly are creeping up on them.
  15. I heard Miami is flying in today n Friday.
  16. Bingo!!!👍 Josh yes but McD a big no.
  17. The line has already moved to -2.5. By kick off the line should be -3.5. I already hammered the Bengals at -2.5.
  18. To be honest, I'm just hoping the Bills can get to the playoffs. There is a real possibility they don't make it at all. If they get there they can be dangerous. This week should tell us if they are contenders or pretenders.
  19. Well the Bills better score points because that defense is going to get shredded by Burrow and company. Mac Jones looked great against that defense. Even Tyrod almost matched down and beat the D. Thank goodness for the refs. Baker almost beat the D with a hail mary. Please convince me on how the Bills d prevents Cinci from scoring under 35 points?
  20. I think the Bills can score on the Bengals. It's not crazy to think they can't score 30 plus.
  21. We will see how it plays out. We disagree on lots here.
  22. I don't think so. I think the Bengals are hitting their best stride. They have weapons on offense and the depleted Bills D just can't match up well. I don't see a realistic path where the Bills D can contain Burrow. The home field is also a very big factor as well. On offense, I was very encouraged very encouraged with what I saw vs Tampa. The versitlity of the offense was eye opening. The use of RPOs and Josh's legs was a welcomed site. However, this really a one game sample against a pass funnel defense. Spencer Brown is still a major concern and don't think Lou A won't take full advantage of that. The Bills pass rush has to be effective. The front four has to get pressure on Burrow. McD has used the blitz to manufacture lots of pressure. That's just a recipe for disaster vs Burrow. Also, the significance of the Cinci run game has to be addressed. With DJones the run D isn't the same. Olivers return is very helpful and Poona even made some plays. Settle and Philips are not dependable. Cinci ran all over the Bills in that playoff game. Frankly, their offense did whatever they wanted. Run or pass pass or run. Pick your poison. The Bills had absolutely no answers . Zero answers zero replies zero ability to slow the offensive of the Bengals. Frankly, I don't see a logical path on how the Bills stop them again. The Bills offense is going to have to score 35 points or more. Allen is going to have to wear his cape and almost be flawless. He will be running for his life because Lou A is dialing up exotic looks and pressures.
  23. You can't make poop smell like ice cream. The McD defense is seriously depleted. This is the week we really see the effects of losing your three stars on defense.
  24. McD and his coaching staff got thoroughly embarrassed in that playoff game. Out coached in every way. Unprepared is an accurate statement. Put aside all the turmoil of the season. What was most bothersome was the Bills game plan. To this day, I have no idea what they were doing? They had a dress rehearsal a few weeks prior which should have prepared them to have an effective game plan. Or a the very least different game plan. Nothing zero zilch... Fast forward to this week and we Bills fans believe this coaching staff will step up? Why would you think that? Please elaborate because I want to hear a logical and realistic response. Add on the team hasn't played well in several games. The defense is a shell of itself. You really think the Bills can stop or contain Burrow and company? I'd recommend you rewatch last year's game for a reference. I just pounded the Bengals at -2.5 for one of my bigger bets I've made. They looked the part. They played well in every phase. They look to be hitting their best stride. They shredded the niner defense. Burrow looked elite, in control, poised, and virtually unstoppable. It was a lot like when they throttled the Bills. To be truthful it's not that simple. He should absolutely have a game which tries to give the Bills the best chance to win. That's all you can ask for. I'm just not seeing how this depleted D can stop the Burrow leD. No if they had a healthy Tre, DJones, Milano, and Von then I'd like their chance. That's just not the case here.
  25. Did you see last year's games vs Cincinnati? The Bills have lost 3 stars and or studs on defense. There are really only a few paths to a Bills victory. Sure it could happen but it sure seems more unlikely than likely. What do you see that's different this year? What makes you think the Bills will win?
