What stood out to me watching the NFL micd up was the ref seeking out Mahomes to talk about his botched spike.. laughing it up with the KC sideline. Knowing this TD was directly what followed the 4th and 1 botched call by the refs really really bothered me

Bottom line The refs don't blatantly make game changing calls that go the Chiefs way in the regular season games It already hard to beat the Chiefs but beating the Chiefs and refs is damn near impossible

This gesture that some here think was Keon showing up Josh (which is a clown take), led to Josh giving him another shot in a much harder spot later in the game. Josh said ok rook.. I see you in the back of endzone.. go get it. And Keon did. Going forward this will give Josh some more confidence in giving him more 50/50 ball opportunities. I didn't read but our defensive scheme doesn't match with having the best player in football. Our defense bend, don't break(been breaking lately) style keeps Josh Allen off the field for long periods of time. A team with a brain and running game in the playoffs is going to be a BIG problem

It's the scheme McDermott is willing to give up the run plays to not allow the big chunk plays in the pass game. This will continue into the playoffs vs every team except the Ravens. I think we will see alot more Bernard/Milano/Dorian in there on early downs vs Baltimore
