Chargers have to play at Arrowhead this Thursday. That will not be an easy game. As for the Bills nobody really scares me but divisional games can be tough. Even when the Pats were going thru their 20 year dynasty run they rarely went 6-0 in the division. For some reason Miami always gave them trouble at home.

If Saleh gets canned after this season then the Jets should try to get Sean Payton. Proven HC and knows offense. I can't see them hiring another 1st time HC. That hasn't been working out for them. Saleh trying to "take on" the fans/media in the NYC area will end badly for him.

Bills weren't playing Sunday so no reason not to go to the game

Why are their two Monday night games anyway? I know the league has had two Monday night games in the past but that is usually a week one double header. Granted last night was Wilson's return to Seattle so maybe the league wanted the spotlight for that game only but then just have one Monday night for week 2 and beyond. I can't believe Seahawks fans mostly booed Wilson considering everything he has done for that organization.

I know they have injuries to the OL with Becton out for the year and the other guy ( I forget his name) who is out 4 weeks but they were horrible. Flacco being a statue doesn't help but he was under pressure all game long. What sucks for the Jets is their WR's were getting open. It was easy to see they have a talented group. Also Hall and Carter had some nice runs from the RB position. For all of the praises everyone was giving JD for the offseason he had his OL has no depth at all. They had one TD late in the 4th when the Ravens were up 24-3 but a garbage time TD is not impressive especially when the Ravens had called off the dogs so to speak. The Jets D played well in the first half and they looked good considering they were getting no help from the offense. But they wore down in the 2nd half. If this is the OL the Jets use against the Bills then Wilson will be running for his life or Flacco will get destroyed. It will be a huge mismatch in Buffalo's favor. Leaving MetLife seeing all of those Jets fans pissed, frustrated, and disappointed was nice but I actually would have preferred a Jets win. Baltimore is more of a threat to the Bills then the Jets are when it comes to getting that #1 seed.

Agree. Josh should run as little as possible. To have him run at all up 31-10 in the 4th is just plain stupid.

Its crap. Kamala, Hillary, AOC (LOL), Newsome. Keep an eye on Nancy's nephew. I could the Dems wanting him to run in 2024. It doesn't matter to Liberals that he is destroying California. -

The pitchforks and knives will be out for McDermott's head if this team is 2-5. -

I think it will be DeSantis for the Republicans. He will beat Biden if Joe runs in 24. IMHO -

Let's not make Sofi out to be Arrowhead. Crowd will be split. But the two teams are evenly matched. Two things I worry about here. Can the Bills keep Donald from dominating? He will make his plays but they can't let him takeover the game. The other is can our secondary without Tre do a good job. Stafford is a very good QB and the Rams have good WR's. This game really is a tossup. -
You never want to see anyone get hurt but I will never feel sorry for them. "F" the Jets, Pats, and Dolphins 24-7-365.

Thoughts on the Cusp of a Magical Season
Greg S replied to ChevyVanMiller's topic in The Stadium Wall
Beane did address the DL this offseason with more than Miller. I expect the Bills to be tougher at the LOS which should (hopefully) mean they will be better against the run. I also expect a better pass rush. This defense probably won't finish with the #1 ranking again but they will be better than last year's defense which was a paper tiger. We need Tre back ASAP. Our secondary will have their hands full tonight no doubt as well as against other good passing teams. Beane has to address the OL this offseason no matter how the season plays out. Allen covers up for them with his scrambling ability to avoid the rush. It should be a fun ride. There will be highs and lows this season like every year but Bills should be the favorites to come out of the AFC. As long as injuries don't play a factor but that applies to everybody. -

Those first 7 games though are tough. 3 of the first 4 on the road. If they come out of this 5-2 or better we will be in great shape. 4-3 would be OK anything less is not acceptable. Still think the Bills floor/ceiling is between 11-13 wins. at LA, TEN, at MIA, at BAL, PIT, at KC, GB. -
DeSantis For President in 2024?
Greg S replied to Trump_is_Mentally_fit's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Biden isn't running period. He shouldn't even be the President now. Keeping politics out of it he just isn't there "mentally". He should be in a rest home drinking juice from a sippy cup. -

Winnipeg does have a good team. -
I don't know about that. The Giants are just as pathetic.

I am pretty sure he played the game in Buffalo. I am not sure about the one at MetLife.

Week 1: Bills at Rams on TNF in NFL Kickoff Game
Greg S replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
If they don't win it will make for a very long 11 days till our Monday night home opener. -
One of the best comments from a Jets fan in the "Josh Allen" thread... Not to the level he's been helped by his coaching staff and surrounding talent in Buffalo, no. But the kid has 3 things you can't teach: 1) Ridiculous athleticism that goes beyond just his arm strength; 2) Physical and mental toughness; and 3) A seemingly maniacal desire to improve his game. Those elements contributed heavily to Allen becoming one of the most unprecedented Year 3 turnarounds in NFL QB history. Sam Darnold had none of those qualities. He was and is a soft, boogie boarding b*tch. I don't blame the coaching all that much for his failure. He was always destined to head down that road. We were duped by one great game he played as a freshman in college. We ignored the many red flags in the pursuit of a FQB.
