  3. https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/mlb/2020/07/30/phillies-staff-coronavirus-covid-19-citizens-bank-park/5546358002/ First the Marlins and now the Phillies. Good luck to the NFL trying to get a season in given the nature of the sport.
  4. For his sake I hope he has someone he can trust that can be a good financial advisor. He will make more money playing football than the average person does working all their life but I can't see him managing his money well. Many athletes can't like Mike Tyson for example.
  5. Love going to Bermuda. Beautiful island.

  8. Considering the trouble baseball is in I have my doubts they play a full NFL season. I hope I am wrong and hopefully every team can stay healthy. Like MLB the NFL isn't playing in a bubble and considering the amount of contact in an NFL game. Good luck NFL they will need it.
  9. Florida has been a disaster. From an NFL standpoint does any team want to play the Dolphins, Bucs, or Jags right now.
  10. Baseball will shut down. There is no way around it. Does anyone really think we are going to have a football season. It sucks but until this virus is under control how can sports be played without players, coaches, getting infected.
  11. I will get my PSE&G bill this week and it will be painful to look at. To many days where its over 90 hot and humid. Today by me its supposed to mid to upper 90's but with the humidity it will feel like 100. My A/C has basically been running non-stop. From a weather standpoint give me the fall and spring.
  12. I know the Pegula's will want to get $$$ for the naming rights but I don't give a **** what its called. Just want the Bills to have many more W's than L's playing in that stadium.
  13. https://nypost.com/2020/07/26/ex-jets-star-jamal-adams-isnt-happy-about-seahawks-flight/ Not happy about his 7:00 A.M flight to Seattle. Good trade for the Jets getting those 2 1st Rd picks and a 3rd plus a veteran safety.
  14. They need to resign/extend Beane and McDermott and then stay out of the way. If they do then they will look like good owners in the NFL. The Sabres that's a different story.
  15. Winner Winner
  16. Agree 100%. With the Bills it's going to be disappointing not having fans or a reduced capacity in OP. Especially this year with a TNF and SNF game at home. Bills Mafia would be going nuts all season but especially during the primetime games.
  17. According to the Daily News the Bills are a 6 point favorite over the Jets. I know division/rivalry games are usually close but I think the Bills beat them by double digits. The Jets have a lot of new faces on the roster, a revamped OL. With no real practice time or preseason games I can't see how they can be ready by week one. The Bills are in year 4 of McDermott with the same OC/DC. The Bills at least know the systems and schemes they use and are comfortable playing that way. Take the Bills and give the points.
  18. I think both McDermott and Beane have done an outstanding job. Taking over a team that hadn't made the playoffs in 17 years. Now they have made it 2 of the last 3 seasons. The team is trending up and the national media have noticed. Usually the media outside WNY won't even acknowledge the Bills. This season there is a lot of pressure on the Bills with the fans and media to take the next step. That tells you the Bills are doing things the right way. Bad teams get ignored by the fans/media as their is no expectation for a good season.
  19. https://eyesonisles.com/2020/07/22/islanders-strike-deal-ubs-belmont-naming-rights/ It's a lot. The Islanders reached a deal with UBS on the naming rights of their new arena being built in Belmont. The deal is worth at least 350 million over 20 years. I don't know what the Bills will get but you can bet it will be some serious $$$.
