Agree 100%. With the Bills it's going to be disappointing not having fans or a reduced capacity in OP. Especially this year with a TNF and SNF game at home. Bills Mafia would be going nuts all season but especially during the primetime games.

According to the Daily News the Bills are a 6 point favorite over the Jets. I know division/rivalry games are usually close but I think the Bills beat them by double digits. The Jets have a lot of new faces on the roster, a revamped OL. With no real practice time or preseason games I can't see how they can be ready by week one. The Bills are in year 4 of McDermott with the same OC/DC. The Bills at least know the systems and schemes they use and are comfortable playing that way. Take the Bills and give the points.

I think both McDermott and Beane have done an outstanding job. Taking over a team that hadn't made the playoffs in 17 years. Now they have made it 2 of the last 3 seasons. The team is trending up and the national media have noticed. Usually the media outside WNY won't even acknowledge the Bills. This season there is a lot of pressure on the Bills with the fans and media to take the next step. That tells you the Bills are doing things the right way. Bad teams get ignored by the fans/media as their is no expectation for a good season.

The deal is worth at least 350 million over 20 years. I don't know what the Bills will get but you can bet it will be some serious $$$.

I wouldn't call it sad. At the time of the draft Darnold was the one I wanted the Bills to get. Allen has done a good so far considering he was supposed to sit for a year. This year is put up or shut up time for Josh.

He has a 6 year contact with the Jets. I don't think he would have taken the job if he didn't get a long term commitment. He knows there is a lot of work to be done and this won't be fixed in a year of two. Just curious to see if he is allowed to fire Gase. Gase was hired by Johnson first and he also played a big part in convincing ownership to hire Douglas. Same the situation with the Bills in their hiring of McDermott then Beane.

Any Yankees fans here? It was a good way to start off the season last night with a 4-1 win over the Nats. Anyone see Fauci's first pitch. Someone joked he must be social distancing the ball from home plate. Anyway it was great to finally see a game again. Let's Go Yankees!

He is a bit of a drama queen but he is a really good player. I know the Jets would never trade him here but I wouldn't mind seeing him on the Bills. I don't think he would have that bad attitude playing for a real leader like McDermott. Winning cures all so he would be happy playing here. As a bonus he would absolutely want to stick it to the Jets every time. With all that said I hope he gets traded to the NFC as well.

I think Gase is a fantastic coach. I hope he coaches the Jets forever and ever.

But they justify their week 17 win as a quality win and ignore the fact that the Bills played their 2's and treated that game like a week 4 preseason game. I live in NJ so I have to deal with Jets fans all the time with family, friends, co-workers. I get that the majority of Bills fans dislike the Pats and Dolphins more but for me I dislike the Jets a lot more than the Pats or Fins.

How can one justify the Jets sweeping the Bills. Week 1 last year Bills 17 Jets 16. I haven't been to 1st grade in a long time but when I went 17 was a bigger number than 16. Have things changed?

If they can't start on time I would hope they would delay it and see if they can push back the start date like baseball. Who says the Super Bowl has to be won the 1st Sunday in Feb. You can play into the rest of Feb and even March. Those are the worst months for sports IMHO. I am not a college basketball fan or NBA for that matter. I love hockey but its 4th in popularity in the big 4 of sports.

I think SAR 1 is a troll who trolls his own fanbase. He is a WWE wrestler getting into character cutting a promo. I especially like his "after an easy win in Buffalo, we will upset the 49ers" and his "the Bills were so scared of the red hot 5-2 Jets they rested their starters week 17 and still haven't won a playoff game" Classic I laughed at that. If there is a season I hope the Bills show up week 1 being that they are so "scared" of the big bad Jets.
