  1. Good point. I was in TV mode. Didn't even think about the laptop.
  2. Probably more of a case where Mom doesn't want to leave the toddler unsupervised. Which is understandable.
  3. I understand that. But in Buffalo playing outdoors you need a team that can run the ball when the weather dictates it. If I remember correctly even Allen said he hoped the new stadium would be a dome.
  4. This is an excellent point. They seem to matchup well with KC and they have the offense to match the Chiefs if the game becomes a shootout.
  5. The Packers are the favorites in the NFC. Could you imagine them in the Super Bowl and Rodgers can't play because of Covid?
  6. Especially without Tre. The Bills play them then they will have to win 38-35 or something like that.
  7. Looking forward to seeing a home playoff game with a packed house. Its been what 27 years since the last time we had a home playoff game with sellout crowd.
  8. This would be a great question for Beane. Why did you a build a team that struggles in bad weather? Even the Super Bowl era teams could run it down other teams throats when they had too. A strong OL and HOF RB will allow you to do that.
  9. Correct me if I am wrong but isn't the winner of the Chargers-Raiders game in while the loser is out. Baltimore isn't making it.
  10. Burrow, those receivers, plus Mixon running the ball. They will be a very difficult team to stop. The Bills would probably have to win a shootout against them. One of those last team with the ball wins type of games.
  11. Bottom line is there are a lot of good teams in the AFC that are in. Anyone of them will be a challenge. I think Buffalo can go all the way but it isn't going to be easy.
  12. Considering the average 5 year old can throw a football farther than Jones I would welcome the matchup. Billy boy has a sub .500 record as HC without Brady
  13. So am I. You will probably get an official playoff schedule when that game is over.
  14. I don't think there is a MNF game for week 18. The SNF game is Chargers vs Raiders and that really is a playoff game. The winner gets in and the loser goes home. You will probably get an official playoff schedule when that game is over.
  15. Maybe if we get Rd 3 of Bills vs Pats it will be scheduled on a Sat/Sun. NE is a big market so that might help with the scheduling. At the same time I wouldn't be surprised at all if the Bills get the Monday game.
  16. What is most encouraging is the running game. Sure Allen had bad numbers yesterday and that will have to improve in the post season to have a chance at the Super Bowl. But an improved running game should make Allen much more dangerous and harder to defend going forward.
  17. Then I have no idea. Conference record? Right now they list the Bills behind the Bengals but if they all end up 11-6 then I would be curious to see what seed the Bills get.
  18. Had over 300 yards overall and more than 200 yards rushing. If Allen doesn't throw that INT when it was 14-5 then the Bills most likely make it 17-5 and the Falcons never recover. They have things to work on and clean up but the offense was fine as they were moving the ball up and down the field.
  19. When the Bills get scheduled to play the WC weekend game on Monday night then fans will have something new to complain about. Remember this year there will be a playoff game on Monday night. The work/school thing interfering with the tailgaiting and getting to the game. Coming home late Monday night and having to get up early on Tuesday for work/school. Plenty to complain about if that happens.
  20. Titans have the tiebreaker over the Bills. Bills would have it over the Chiefs. I think the Bengals have it over the Bills.
  21. On the plus side Singletary is giving them a good running game. That will help take the pressure off Allen. It wasn't a good throwing day for Allen and that will have to improve. I am encouraged by the running game getting better.
  22. Allen has a lot of "Favre" in him. He's got the gambler mentality. Josh is great and I wouldn't trade him for anyone. He is the face of the franchise and will probably win a Lombardi or two for Buffalo when its all said and done. But plays like the INT he threw when the Bills were threating to extend their lead at 14-5 drive me nuts. If the play isn't there just throw it away. Bass probably makes the FG and then you have 17-5. Falcons probably don't come back and grab the lead at halftime if they make it 17-5.
  23. Agree. He needs to take a lesson from Rodgers and how he plays the games. Rodgers looks like he doesn't have a care in the world out there. He is cool and calm out there. Goes thru his reads, progressions and is usually deadly accurate. He makes it (playing QB) look so easy. He is not only one of the best QB's in the league today but one of the best all time.
  24. Speaking of commercials being forced on you. Watching the replay of the Bills - Pats on NFLN Thursday night was anyone sick and tired of that stupid commercial where the friend says " Are you OK? You don't seem like yourself. Do you want to talk? I am here for you". They must have played that thing a billion times.
  25. On Saturday I am a huge Broncos fan for the day.
