  1. why, and most importantly - how - was this revived? I mean, I'm not even mad, I'm impressed (in my best Ron Burgundy)
  2. Yes. From a south Florida local. 40% is actually decent, usually they say 50% just to hedge their bets. There must be an additional level of confidence that it won't actually rain - or at least not rain long.
  3. I dunno, I perceive it more as two young QBs at the top of their game, at the top of the NFL, being ultra competitive with each other while maintaining a positive relationship off the field. Or maybe they hate each other 🤷‍♂️
  4. Brazil was around $75 for the season. Was $75 last season as well. Typically do a little searching for best location/price every year. Been doing it for the last 4 or 5 seasons now. Haven't paid more than $100 yet. Also, use private internet access VPN for about $35/year.
  5. This has been one of the most painful broadcasts to listen to. Smith just has to stop talking at some point, right?
  6. Pretty sure the medicals are pushing booth down.
  7. Not a huge fan. Hope I'm wrong. Definitely don't like having to move up to get him. Just don't like the analysis I've heard that he doesn't like to tackle.
  8. Since this is the second person you've lobbed this sentiment at - nobody is policing anything. Some of us are simply stating our views. That they happen to be in opposition to yours does not mean it is policing. We are, however, just as entitled to express them as you are.
  9. Except you have people chastising (justifiably) shefter and Brandt, yet on the same thread others coming to the conclusion he was drunk. I mean, is it really necessary to speculate like that? It could be any number of things that led to this tragic occurrence. Is there some sort of prize for closest to the pin here?
  10. The amount of speculation in this thread is truly mind boggling. People talking themselves into some narrative they've conjured up in a definitive way. Stepping in gum doesn't make you a gumshoe.
  11. Based on what actual evidence? "Hitched his wagon"? As if he was the one who manufactured that narrative when drafted? You give an awful lot of credit to him for drumming that line up. That bitterness is quick to materialize with some folks here. Guy got a life changing payday. Something he can, I don't know, maybe continue to use to pay it back to whatever community he is in? Should we resent him for doing great thing in Minnesota next year?
  12. Oh, I don't disagree with you at all...but (and I don't mean to trivialize this term) Bills induced PTSD still has me hedging on my enthusiasm when talking football with non-Bills fans.
  13. Disagree. Citing the wrong team significantly detracts from the rest of the points. The Jets were beat by the Bills 45-17 and 27-10 this season. Journalism - even in editorial fashion - cannot continue to get a pass on misrepresentation of facts and still maintain any level of credence. That said, the jags loss, remains my rebuttal everytime someone tells me the Bills are going to - or should easily - win whatever next game they play. "Yeah, we should beat team X, but we did lose to the jags, so you never know..." But that's the nature of being a Bills fan since I was 4 years old.
  14. That was my thought initially too (also 38). Like, do you think the millennial children went to the trophy store on their bicycles to have these things made? Sorry boomer, look in the mirror when trotting out the old participation trophy trope. All that said, the young fella in the clip is delusional.
  15. You tell 'em. Who else is with Captain Edgelord here and thinks Tre is a non factor on this defense?
