    All I have read for the past few months is how this team is great, but McDermott is holding them back. So now the solution is to trade away the future for some stars that McDermott will fail? Is McDermott the problem or is his roster incapable? The madden GMs and high school football coaches here are losing their minds.

    I don't know that it was ego, but he definitely has a knack for coming up short on the biggest stage. We have seen it year after year now. I don't believe he will ever win a Superbowl either unfortunately.
