Cincy was struggling early because the qb was dinged, that appears to be in the past. I think we struggle here…. Just mho! To have a shot offensively we need to play mistake free, play fast and spread the ball. The issue is the defense. Can we stop a good offense with all the injuries we have….

He’s pretty raw but not without talent. He cost next to nothing. Get him some reps & experience. No need to give up on him yet.

Solid player that cost very little, not sure how you could complain.

Why give up on a potentially talented player. He’s gotten very little run and is lacking reps. Let’s see what he’s got he’s not co$ting much. I look at him I see potential not sucks.

Has Elam really had enough reps/PT & time to adjust to the pro game to really judge his ability. He smacks of a guy we dump who turns out to be a player elsewhere…

Unfortunately I think the best we’ll do is 2-2 but 1-3 wouldn’t surprise me either. 0-4 should be a signal to clean house (staff) at year end. NYJ should be a win @ home, Denver should be a win but they can beat us if they play well (especially after beating Mahomes Maauto Swifty & Co.) No way we have a shot at Philly or Cincy.

Anyone read anything about JA’s shoulder injury, last I saw he said he dinged it on the run before he was seen entering the tent. He did mention it wasn’t feeling great in a post game comment.

There def was an improvement, spreading the ball & going up tempo. Dorsey still makes boneheaded calls though and we did revert back to Diggs-centric later in the 2nd. I said it before Brady made a killin’ for years spreading the wealth and taking what’s there…. Shakir and Kincaid are more than sound targets as is Davis if you use him underneath. He’s not a great route runner but he’s a big strong target.

Selectively let JA run when he needs to be creative, ditch that stupid shotgun draw, run from under center & spread the ball to Cook Shakir Davis Diggs Kincaid & go up tempo. Not rocket science. On the defensive side if we can make a move before the deadline for a difference maker by all means go for it, if not we need to hope we get some guys back sooner than later.

You don’t need a solid 2 wr you need to spread the ball around to the 3-4 targets you already have, last night was a great example of how well that works until they reverted back to Diggs-centric later in the second half. Problems been, we don’t use the guys we have…. Short quick game moves the sticks. Brady made a career out of it.
