    Both D's are playing lights out, but Brady knows more than Allen to just get rid of it. This is the difference between savvy vet and what we have in cocky young QB. Barkley only takes you so far and folks will see that - but he makes sense for this team in his role.

    Think I would have motioned Knox on the sweep to create some space for Gore and then handed off to him. That Gore into the teeth - 2nd guessing it.

    Here is the obvious pick and rub play that only NE can get away with time and time again.

    No. It is a turnover on downs. NE has one hell of a secondary filled with ball hawks. Allen has to get rid of it early or get it in his head not to throw into coverage.... this kid has some bad habits that are going to take a lot to overcome.

    I dunno Gunner... we were giving up quite a few long returns last year. He has improved that area, but the blocking has been exposed on this unit. May not be that coaches strong suite as I believe as a player he was a gunner or similar roles for Seattle.

    That unit has some work to do, but has not been challenged like they have today - they will get better.

    NE adjusted, but I would still keep running the ball now and then to keep them honest.

    Once outside the tackles QBs need to be free and clear to toss it away... not sure what announcers are talking about.

    That is exactly what he talked about with Kelly.... the pump that makes a defender jump. Awesome!

    I actually think Allen has to run just to level out - I don't get what is going on with Allen's long ball just has been gone all year.... and there is Knox

    Brady feels heat and just throws it randomly deep. Our defense is for real even if our O has been sucking. Gore the lone bright spot.
