Seems almost pedestrian. Ho-hum....just Allen with another 400 yard game and a 81.6% completion rate and a rushing TD. So this is what it feels like having a real QB and on the path to winning the division again...it was so long ago it feels like a dream. It's all going to be OK....

Seattle went away from playing the heavy zone we have seen for weeks and decided to blitz Allen a lot. I think that is proven to be a bad idea... feel like he would have had even more yards if some of our key guys were healthy. Apparently Carroll thought we would go more run heavy after watching our game against NE and wanted to bring pressure with run blitzes.

What I find odd is we have a clean and clear TD early that the Refs review and then this play where they don't give it a second look before spotting it short....just don't understand why challenges are needed in potential TD situations - were told they are all reviewed, but I guess only when they are initially called a TD? Seems an odd application of reviewing any potential TD.

Against one of the best offenses in the league, our team pretty beaten up all over the roster. The offense did not misfire on that many drives, defense got turnovers and hit Wilson repeatedly. Allen got hit a lot and took sacks, but was standing tall and protected the ball very well and did nothing to hurt this team. Special Teams got the game going with a great return and played pretty solid throughout. This was a very good team win and the most calm my heart has had in one of our 4th quarters since I can't remember when.

Allen has the choke marks on his neck from that "legal" head sack.

Did Hyde take out was that Dane Jackson... not that familiar with the #?

Edmunds has played a great game. I will give credit where it is due. He balled out today.

I always am amazed at our zone secondary where they are just guarding empty field while receivers run clean with no one near them. Or guys pass receivers off to no one. WTF

Hanging 41... stop comparing Allen to Newton. Big and can run a bit... I get it. I think he is much more accurate than Newton executing a lot of different passes. I know what Newton was able to do back in the day in the offense they built around him, but Daboll has thrown a much bigger playbook at Allen.

Someone mentioned the hard count backfiring a few posts back... have to say it may not be the best thing with all the o-linemen either newly starting or playing new positions. I get that it is also helps Allen identify the pressure package, but dicey with a patchwork group of guys in front of him.
