  1. Vick has better arm strength than losman. He also better wheels and better awareness when running. Losman has a lot better accuracy. Neither is able to read a defense. Basically Vick is a perfect fit for Miami and their wildcat. Unless we are implementing and making him a gadget QB he won't fit here. He is a terrible starting QB.
  2. I heard the report on ESPN. They said noone will give up a draft pick for Vick and a couple teams (Bills included) will talk to him if he is realeased only. They did say however that Mcnabb will require draft picks and the Beagles are not really looking to move him.
  3. This isn't Erie county and New York state. they have some but why waste millions of dollars in the budget for a once every 3 years event? There is a reason taxes are half of NYS.
  4. Lee Evans has never taken a hit in his life and has a bad attitude like Chris Burkett. Good player but not a team guy and too shy to take a hit. He probably would have been let go by Marv like Burkett was for being a kitty. Lee Evans should not be mentioned in the same paragraph as Beebe, Lofton and Reed.
  5. or a LB or WR. of course you realize they'll draft CB.
  6. Losman sucks, always has, always will. Edwards I don't know what time will tell.
  7. Drunk also had legal issues, raping a girl or something, if I remember correct.
  8. And now we know why you are a madden player fat guy behind a screen. Good thing the Bills coaches and scouts don't run imaginary numbers through madden. Trent has been the Qb when his team has won more than either of the other two players. Trents QB rating on the year and career is better. He also had at least one 300 yards game against ASU in college. So on every single item you would be wrong. Again, I am glad you do now make decision for our team. Edit: And GB signed Pizzotti from the Jets PS and kept him active all the way through. If having that extra spot was so needed they would have matched the Bills on the signing of Brohm and kept him. So he was at least their 4th choice.
  9. The same line that trent an fitz played behind and both put up better numbers. Brohm was the 4th best Qb on the Gb packers. the fact that they stashed him on the practice squad after drafting in the 2nd round means he has some serious issues.
  10. +1 - I concur. Us, virtually choking the crap out of steel is very uplifting.
  11. Wrong, but keep playing: Brohm, rating 43.2, 0 td's, 2 Int's, 2 sacks on 31 drops = 1 sack every 15.5 Fitzpatrick , rating 67.7, 21 td's, 27 int's, 68 sacks on 802 drops = 1 sack every 11.8 Edwards, rating 77.9, 24 td's, 25 int's, 58 sacks on, 58 sacks on 884 drop = 1 out of 15.25 Edwards is far and away the best QB on staff. he will be given a shot to start again. He will also be on staff even if he isn't the starter. Too cheap and as the best of three QB's on staff will not be the odd man out.
  12. You're not going to be happy. I have a funny feeling Trent will be given another shot this season, with a good QB coach. No I am not taking anything from AVP but he wasn't very good.
  13. There is also the issue with the snapping. As mentioned the QB has to catch the ball. But it goes further. Doing that snap is hard and the lower level the smaller hands makes it even tougher. Plus when under center the center can set it so the QB gets the laces correctly on his throwing hand. In shotgun he has to not only catch but then rotate the ball to get the laces correct. A lot of centers and Qb just arent capable of the shotgun mechanics. Finally from a under center snap the center will have a better chance to react and block, when shotgun snapping his reaction time is a little longer and if times properly he'll get run over.
  14. Holy crap C. Where you been?
  15. I thougt I read a congress critter also changed party a week or two ago from Dems to Repugs.
  16. Circle of Suds, my prayers are with you and family.
  17. Fewell who just signed as DC is not at the senior bowl. Says he has other stuff to do and trusts the coaches and scouts going to fill him in. So it is not important that our DC is there. Also take the Super Bowl teams for example they probably have nothing but scouts there.
  18. Defrost, rince and dry. Get some flour add a little sea salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Dredge scallops in flour knocking off excess. couple tbls of olive oil, sautee roughy 3-4 minutes each side until browned. Put off to the side. Sautee a couple cloves of minced garlic in pan Put about a cup of orange juice in the pan to deglaze and reduce to about half. Add just a pinch of saffron at the beginning. Add about a 1/4 cup of cream. Reuce until it is semi think roughly like maple syrup. Pour over scallops and enjoy.
  19. And Donte Witner And James Hardy And Ko Simpson
  20. If we are waiting on the SB, my money is on Alan Williams. I thought Tenuta initially since he was part of the ND purge plus his connection to Gtech. But since he wasn't named today, it's doubtful.
  21. And when was the last time a stud LT came into the league and performed great as a rookie? LT take a year or two to move into the role. Even the good ones usually spend some time at RT or guard before moving out. What rookie Qb will do well behind our line? It is far easier to find a QB, if they so choose to be a stop gap in free agency than to draft a stud LB. Maybe if we could prevent teams from running us over we might actually get our defense off the field and give the offense a chance to actually score.
  22. And that's why you guys don't have a clue. Our LB corps sucks and got run over. We are about the worst run offense in the league and get scorched by RB's and TE's in the passing game. LB's are a huge need.
  23. It's like Seattle interviewing a "black" coordinator before hiring Carroll. Wink, wink, nod, nod.
