  1. It's okay it is only 14 crashes and the cars are built by union workers so they are forgiven. No congressional hearings required.
  2. Where in Arlington? If in Crystal city you can take VRE from places as far as fredericksburg to limit the pain of the commute. You do need to make more money, but the farther from the beltway the cheaper. Schools are pretty good. Lots of shopping, restaurants are just okay in the area, lots of chains. All the sports you want to watch. Overall not a bad area, just lots of traffic, and much higher COL.

  4. Sort of like the current one who was heard saying he does nothing as VP. I am pretty sure they do more than that.
  5. Everyone was jumping on the Haitian reflief effort, promising money etc... But Chile gets hit by a bigger earthquake and not a peep. It wouldn't be because the Haitian country is a terrorist supporting wasteland, but Chile is a true democracy.
  6. Way to miss the point pBrain. The point was Clinton used the wiretapping to further his own political gain by basically selling the information to his corporate supporters. Obama is scarier as he will use it on US citizens to further his cause by targeting his political enemies.
  7. Clinton did it and was publically known for US business gain from companies that openly support his elections. Australia got PO'ed as he was giving inside info to the companies that supported him when doing foreign trade relations and dealing with foreign companies. Australia got pissed as a lot of the monitoring of Asian countries occured from Australia and was support be be for defense/terrorism purposes only. Do a little research I believe it was called Echelon.
  8. Better yet, why don't we build the team and then draft a stud QB in a year or two. <see the Jets>
  9. So you lied that the suppliers are not union shops, but yet their is nothing to see here. Yeah sure. Okay. But you don't lie about Toyota being unfairly targeted. Gotcha. If Toyota was a union shop this would be pushed under the rug and wouldn't be as big a media talking point. I suspect that once they are done trashing Toyota rep and sales, they will next target Honda or Nissan. Can't have any of those non-union slant eyed products being sold here. Right Comrade pBrain?
  10. Wow another thread from Ice about how we need a new Qb and our's suck. Who'd of thunk it.
  11. That's John Edwards. He's diddled with everyone except his wife.
  12. You're just jealous because pBrain got his law degree at Costco.
  13. Oh I don't disagree that there seems to be some issues. However, the "piling on" and the witch hunt would have never happened if the US government was into the car business and the admin into proping up unions.
  14. Do you make crap up as you go or do you purposely lie? Don't answer I know the response. Looking at GM's suppliers, here is the union status of the companies: Vitec - union shop Piston Group - ? Dealo Steel - union Flex-N-Gate - union The Bing Group - union Btw that is just the chassis and body suppliers for GM. 4 out of 5 for sure are union shops and the 5th one I am unable to determine. Looks to me like the supplier are union as well.
  15. Yes they would, because they are not union jobs. The admin is only looking out for the special interests.
  16. Prince Andrew to you. That is how he was known in the halls of HUD, and I've heard even some of his polical appointees call him that. He was a nasty individual to people and it wasn't uncommon to see him walking through offices asking for explainations of what a worker (contractor or govie) what he/she was doing exactly. If they couldn't respond to Prince Andrew how he wanted he would ask the contractor be removed from HUD and if a govie would be reassigned to some crap job.
  17. He should have taken the blue pill instead of the red one.
  18. TOO and it is a witchhunt. Only you with your blinders on do not see that.
  19. But he's the president. Rules don't apply to him. Of course, if Bush Bad had said that the media, and PPP would have blown up. Also, when Mccain asked him why this hasn't been on cspan as promised, the messiah said it isn't the campaign anymore and implied Mccain should shut up since he lost. He also pretty much said everything he campaigned on was a lie and he had no expectation of fulfilling anything he promised. Again if Bush bad had said those things nuclear meltdown from the libbies.
  20. To those saying we should have kept Peters. He didn't wanty to be here, for any amount of money. He was a team cancer who was always injured and had no desire to play for the Buffalo Bills. Trading him was best for the Bills and for Peters.
  21. If you say so. When I was looking to replace, everyone of the tire places said they would only put V rated on as that is what is in the specs for the vehicle. And yes to your second question.
  22. I know what the owner manual says. It says V rated tires. I have one remember.
  23. I actually just replaced the tires on a camry. Costco was a little over 600 installed for the Mich Energy. Note the camry needs V rated tires. I actually put Bridgestone Potenza Grids on. They seem to be working good in the snow. Pretty quiet, overall not bad. At a 200 dollar savings installed (got them on sale at the local Tireplus). Obviously, I can't tell longterm, as they''ve probably only got 1000 miles on them now.
  24. Bet you'd like to choke that chicken huh?
