    And I know for a fact that is illegal. It is LAW that when 2 board members, school or county talk, even over dinner, they are required by law to document it and what was discussed.

    So what does the 56K cover exactly. Which school? We can find the meeting notes, it is publically available.

    So it could be only the budget for rabbits to disect for science class. It could be the copier paper budget. When you have a county with a 400 million dollar school budget, and 20 schools I doubt one of those schools only gets 56K total.

    Actually you can. State law says that they must be kept and available. Which school was it, or was it a county board meeting?

    Even if they did tell him that, which I doubt, any moron could figuer out between insurance, utilities, equipment, desks, books, etc... it is going to be a lot more than 56K even if you ignore salaries.

    I've actually heard more complaints about his religion. Folks around here don't want asome religious player, but have no problem selecting a convicted rapist of his own sister.

    pBrain is wrong. http://www.publicschoolreview.com/school_ov/school_id/36339 Frederick school system spend just over 10,000 per child, which is roughly 1000 more than the average maryland school system does. So unless it has 5.6 kids, he is full of ****.

    And I still say no way. If it is a normal public school, running lunch programs, utilities, maintenance, gym equipment , etc... are going to be way more. Of course salaries also do happen to be costs as well. Care o share which school in Frederick, because I still call bull **** even if you exclude salaries.

    There is no school in the DC suburbs with a 56K total budget, unless it is one of the home school groups that have popped up where parents with different backgroups teach a group of student 1 day a week from their homes. I live in the area and I'd know that even small Catholic schools have 2+ million dollar budgets.

    Not sure what you mean on your second paragraph. Yes children can be denied for pre-exsting condition still, but I beleieve if they are on your insurance already, they can stay until 26. Although, I haven't read the details, I suspect it is a lot like the current conditions, that they have to be in school at least 50% of the time.

    They've said that with the expanded format this year they were going to invite all possible 1st and 2nd rounders. No big surprise that he is there as he likely is a 2nd rounder on some boards.
