Just an FYI gas was less than 2 bucks a gallon last February. A large part of the price change was attributed to us putting oil back into the reserve. Not as much as the price increase,but some of the cost is attributed there. Since we no longer will be doing that (the bIll I believe was signed last week), it may help a little with the costs as long as the future market is somehow brought into check.

Peters while wanting a raise is nice, this guy likely would have been a two or three year TE on any other team and out of the league. The fact that the Bills carried him basically on practice squad, and limited ST duties for two years, all while retraining him, means that he ought to be giving the Bills the discount. He'll make the money when the current contract is up in three years, but right now he should just be thankful he's making 3 million per and has developed into one of the better tackles in the league, all because of patience, and training on the part of the Bills.

My daughter loves horses and wants to at least minor in equestrian studies in college. In Virginia to graduate, 11th graders have to write a very detailed research paper, basically doing all kind of reserach on a subject and writing the results up. Mine daughter basically wrote hers on the abuse of horses. She's all for horse racing, and realizes that is a part of the business, but she really went into a lot of these types of abuses that occur and a lot are against failed or old thoroughbreds.
