Well it came to light a lot in the budget last year when VA implemented the bad driver fees, seems the state wanted a cut as well. Local courts charge about 90 in court costs. One of the local towns still runs their own police depertment and they are a huge ticket writing machine. They pretty much tell everyone it is a revenue generator, pays for the town police depertment rather than using the county police. Plus I belive they said it puts several hundred thousand more into the town budget yearly. It's one place you don't even want to be 1 MPH over or they pull you.

For certain places, yeah it does. It is a way to control revenues for those counties and only "taxes" the speeder/bad drivers. So overall it does help control the law breakers and provides a source of funding to places that may not have the income otherwise.

blah, blah, blah. The field fairies have been saying this for 30+ years. If it was gaining so much popularity, football, baseball, and all other sports would have been out of business long ago. Soccer is just a brutal sport to sit and watch either on tv or even live. Sure it's great for your saturday morning kid thing to help your child stay in shape, but please, the pro and even higher level amateur levels are just boring.

You obviously don't know how small municipalities fund a lot of things. It isnt't really a bad thing, because either all the locals taxes go up, or the police write lots of tickets to fund themselves. If they didn't police and fire departments would be a lot smaller in those tiny areas, and then people would B word that there isn't one around when you need one.

Yet, they continue to vote to keep the troops there. How much maority do you need? You say, no we are not voting for it. Simple as that. It doesn't default to sending money. It actually defaults to no money once the appropriations are gone. It's actually very simple. But, then the other side won't vote for their little pet projects. You know the 30 million to Obamas wifes hospital where she sits on the board.

So they get elected promising to bring the troops home, but do nothing, except more of the same. Yet the "warmongers" are bad. So one doesn't lie, they other does. Yet the ones telling the truth are bad.

You are including all the liberals elected in 2006 too right. Afterall they've now had two chances to stop funding or seriously curtail it, and they haven't.

In DC, I see it all the time. it's usually about 8 motorcycle police. And about4-5 black suvs, along with identical limos.

At this point it does. You need to pretty much have 1 more stamina point for every level that your player is. You should start a level 1 at 20. If you're a level 10, you should be at or near 30.

What's your stamina. if you're under 25 you're gonna get tired quicker
