Brian Flores suing NFL, NY Giants, Dolphins, Broncos.
PetermansRedemption replied to BillsFan4's topic in The Stadium Wall
This situation shows the downside of the Rooney rule. If it didn’t exist, the Giants would have announced Daboll as their head coach and Flores wouldn’t even have been scheduled. If I’m a minority I’m not sure if I would prefer the Rooney rule remain, or be scrapped. -
His retirement

On defense, I’m all for it. The offense hasn’t exactly been poor. Plus, it isn’t like we are getting exactly Daboll, Dorsey is his own person.

Fitzpatrick curse be damned, I want this guy as our backup QB next season.

Baker is actually a great actor. A lot of athletes seemed forced in commercials, Baker seems natural. I always enjoy the Progressive commercials with him. However, progressive is one of the companies on my list of “I’ll never, ever use that company BECAUSE of their advertising”. Flo is beyond awful. I thought they couldn’t get worse… and they come out with “sign guy”. What are those commercials even supposed to represent. It’s amazing to think people are paid to come up with this garbage.

Sean Payton on the end of the Bills-Chiefs game
PetermansRedemption replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall
Do you truly believe the Bills had a top ranked defense this season? Rather than just beating up on bottom feeders? Allowed 34 to the Titans, 41 to the Colts, 33 to the Bucs and then 42 when it mattered the most in the playoffs to the Chiefs. He simply isn’t good enough to get this team over the hump and the pressure will fall entirely onto the offense. You can’t sustain that. His defense against the Chiefs was straight up abused and it’s inexcusable. You can’t come back from that. -
Super Bowl LVI: Bengals at Rams

Not a huge Stafford fan and the Bengals took down the Chiefs in spectacular fashion. With that, I’ll be rooting for the Bengals. Win or loss though, this is going to be the most enjoyable Super Bowl that I can remember for sometime. No Brady or Mahomes makes it a good day. -

I would think that if your going to make that promise, you might as well just fire McDermott. Because that would create quite the rift amongst your coaching staff. -

Agree. He can go, and yet they won’t make him go. He has that “number one” defense on his resume.

Free Agents - who do you like?
PetermansRedemption replied to Desert Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
I too love the skill set Patterson would bring. Gives you a great kick and punt returner, a starter at RB if needed, and a phenomenal third down back. Plus he can always play WR too. With a full off-season of working the position, I’d trust him to pull it off. I’d be thrilled to bring this guy in. -
Clearly, the “rotation” thing is More-so garbage speak to mask a line devoid of any true talent. When you have a truly talented player you don’t only let him play half the snaps to keep him fresh.

I feel he has to say this, whether it’s true or not. Otherwise; he’s throwing his coaches under the bus. He can’t very well admit that the Bengals adjusted and his coaches didn’t or couldn’t counter.

Love Glowinski and Patterson. Sign them, have a solid draft, get Tre back healthy and we are in business. -
Super Bowl LVI: Bengals at Rams
PetermansRedemption replied to \GoBillsInDallas/'s topic in The Stadium Wall
The only team to beat the Chiefs since October 24th, is the Bengals, who did it twice. This team is for real. Should be a good game. I expect the Bengals to win this one though. -
Absolutely agree. No one wants to see the officials. Letting them play has had beautiful results. Don’t call it unless it is egregious.

8 man coverage. Mahomes was something like 5 for 17 with 57 yards and an INT against that coverage. The Bengals adjusted at halftime, something Frazier is seemingly allergic to.

NFC Championship Game: 49ers @ Rams

Lots of good commercials during these games. Kevin Hart SiriusXM, Jason Bateman’s car commercial. -

Complete opposite of the AFC games so far, with their display of phenomenal young QBs. The NFC is like the senior center. -

This is going to be a great game. First football game in a while where I have no rooting interest. Stafford, Garropolo, doesn’t matter to me knowing Burrow awaits and there’s no Rodgers, Mahomes or Brady
