  1. I don’t think Beane could back track and acquire Brown at this point even for a 7th. First of all, I doubt he would change his mind and come here. Second, it would look really really weak for the organization.
  2. I’m not sure Antonio Brown plans to report anywhere at this point. Maybe New Orleans or New England. If his end game is being released by Pittsburgh then he has played this entire situation perfectly.
  3. Brown has to be absolutely toxic at this point. Steelers are going to have to cut him (probably his end game), make him play, or give him away to the team he wants to go to.
  4. Shouldn’t people be happy that Antonio Brown (theoretically) informed the Bills he didn’t want to play here. He could have accepted the trade and then held out or given half effort.
  5. Because Eli has been a Star these past two years? Or because he’s been playing in warm weather. Plus he has a contract he is satisfied with. I don’t think there’s anyway OBJ doesn’t report somewhere he’s traded to.
  6. Pretty glad about this. Especially if Brown was going to cost significant compensation. He would hold out if he wasn’t the highest paid receiver in the league in a few years. If he isn’t getting enough targets he would complain. If he isn’t winning he would complain. He’s also older as far as receivers go. If the compensation was next to nothing (a 4th or worse) then I’m disappointed because it would have been worth the distraction.
  7. Absolutely, if not more. I was expecting Buffalo would have to make Paradis the highest paid center in the league if they wanted to get him to Buffalo. I’m thinking 12 per for Paradis now.
  8. Beane was absolutely a wizard on that one. And not just any third. The first pick in the round.
  9. What’s hilarious is they will have 40 million invested in basically Case Keenum. Yikes. Edit: looks like he is only going to count 3.5 million? Not a bad deal for what they gave up then.
  10. I thought this was a serious question and I was going to go with none other than Kyle Williams. Seeing the options ? probably Hillary Clinton.
  11. I cannot believe this guy has value beyond a 7th rounder. Good job by the Broncos getting something for him.
  12. Arizona too (ranked a 4), even though they may be actively trying to dump Rosen ?
  13. Usually that is how contracts work, since most are not psychic enough to predict the future ?‍♂️
  14. What does it say about the current state of the Bills WR position that we would actually see a massive improvement if we saw those numbers out of a WR next season.
  15. Absolutely. Even if all the Bills manage to sign are “average” players from free agency, average is a lot better than what they were rolling out at some positions last season.
  16. So, really, the NFL isn’t making much of a concession at all, they almost had to at this point.
  17. It makes sense given that many states are making marijuana legal. That being said, if the NFL does not want their employees smoking it should be completely up to them.
  18. Yikes he really smoked Buffalo on those rankings. Can’t say I disagree with most of the offensive rankings though. I do think Josh Allen deserves more than a 3 at QB though. I think a 5 would have been fair.
  19. He has been out of football for around 3 years. You don’t sign a guy like that. The AAF should be calling though. Maybe if he dominates the alliance he could get a camp invite somewhere next season.
