  1. I think this type of situation is where the Bills coaches earn their paycheck. I have faith that after the Jax game they will make adjustments with this particular line-up. Again, who knows if it will work but I would think they are firmly aware of the issues from Jax and probably have a plan to adjust (again, no guarantee it works but should be prepared).
  2. I am in no way comparing our defense to the 85 Bears...but that legendary defense got lit up by Marino in their sole loss of the 85 season. Again, not drawing a comparison between defenses but rather just pointing out that even arguably the best defense of all time had a down game. It happens.
  3. Honestly, based on how we've looked the last 2 weeks and especially today...coupled with the Patriots basically being in every game of the year so far...it is not a sure thing that we clinch the division any time soon this season. We still have to play them twice and we have the Colts, Saints, Bucs left on the schedule as well (not to mention the "games we should win" which is in question after today's puke fest). I still think the Bills are a playoff team, but based on how defenses are playing us, how bad our O line has been, and the lack of any real balance or rhythm on offense for most of the season, this might be a tight race right through week 18 for the division this year.
  4. I believe I saw @YoloinOhio indicate (over in the weekly game thread) for 1 PM games the daily test is at 5 AM. Hopefully no news is good news at this point.
  5. Bob Kalsu was in the Vietnam conflict...he might have killed more than 2 people. But if you said, "OJ has killed the most people in Bills history...and robbed the most people at gunpoint in Vegas to get his stuff back" I think that would have been a slam dunk stat.
  6. I think this all rings true and seemed to play out in the opposite in the 2nd half when Allen was feeding Beasley on a lot of shorter throws and letting him make a move and pick up a few extra yards.
  7. Not sure if this is accurate but my first thought on the last TD and the 2 pt try was that it gave us 2 chances at a red zone score....something that was a point of emphasis in most of the post game interviews aftee the Titans game. I guess just gave them more practice reps in a live fire setting.
  8. We have the number 4 scoring offense heading into Sunday Night and MNF...and the top 3 teams have played one more game than us. Not too worried about it at all.
  9. It doesn't mean he's NOT juicing. Both the Watts and the Bosas seem to be injury prone...like more so than other players. Its all guessing, of course, but with the injury history of these types of dudes, it does bring into question the whole juicing during the offseason and going off the juice during the season and losing that artificial recovery prowess.
  10. Is this like the 4th double digit favorite we have been? Maybe 3rd...WFT, Texans, now Dolphins
  11. I wouldn't go so far as to say it's "meh". Sure the Titans can/will drop a game or two most likely but when they are rolling, they are really tough to beat. This puts them in the driver seat for the 1 seed.
  12. Damn this game is not turning out well from a Bills tiebreaker perspective for playoff seeding down the road.
  13. Exactly. With these outcomes, the tiebreaker we have over the Chiefs still helps us and the one we do NOT have over the Titans gets reduced. And if the Ravens lose giving them their 2nd loss that only helps. We should be favored in all but maybe 1 game the rest of the season (obviously we were favored this past Monday but still lol...) so we should be able to stack a bunch of W's and still keep the 1 seed in play as the year goes along.
  14. Its almost like they will have to wait until February!
  15. Did you thank him for his 3 TDs and 2 point conversion?
