Also, KC lost. Basically its the Dolphins at 3-0 and the rest of the division leaders no better than 2-1 (with the Bills in 2nd at 2-1). Many more games to play. I do think (which I know it doesn't work this way), if we were at full strength (minus Hyde) this might have been a huge win. I think the Bills dug as deep as they could considering the injuries and the heat.

Agreed on the O line. They were under fire the entire game (even without the heat-related injuries). This just felt like one of those games where it wasn't clicking. I think this could be another game like the first Patriots game last year, where when they watch the film, they'll see how much they left on the field. Hopefully this is an early-season galvanizing point.

Hard to really say that with a straight face. Yes, the Dolphins, a playoff contender, is better than the Bills without half of our starters. This was almost a perfect storm against the Bills and we still had a chance at the end. I would say the more fortunate team won today (not lucky...but fortunate from an injury standpoint).

Dude, really? We went in missing 5 D starters and our starting center. Lost almost our whole O line (and some backups) to the heat. Had the ball at the end...needed maybe 2 more seconds and could have tried the game winning FG.

Need to answer Allen. TDs only! Man should have had that last FG, FG before half. Maybe no TD from Miami earlier without the insane field position from the strip sack. Gotta find a way!

New game in the 2nd half. Hopefully we get some pressure on D up front and Allen keeps moving us down the field for TDs. Let's get through this one with a win and hopefully get some guys back from injury SOON!

Exactly. I look at our team like a boxer...seems early on we are feeling out the opponent, finding our range, and getting into the fight. Then we just start landing body blow after body blow. Then boom, KO.

Great point. I think a lot of us (myself included) have been wrapped up in the Dolphins insane finish last week and bought into the media hype around this game. Couple that with all the defensive players missing it's easy to go down a hole thinking negatively. Then I have to remind myself that our offense is basically full strength (assuming Davis and Morse play) and we have Allen. I think if I'm taking my emotion out of it this should be a hard fought game for a while but I see the Bills pulling away and winning by double digits at the end of the day.

Man this sucks. Hopefully our front 4 gets a lot of pressure.

I guess one positive to this, if there is one, is that it's happening early in the season (as opposed to going into the playoffs or late in the year) and the team will have to time adjust. Plus I'm sure Micah is going to be in Jaquan's ear constantly on the sidelines, film room, etc. Micah is a huge loss, but I would like to think this team is greater than just one player (except for Allen )

I have only my typical nervousness for this game (I get a little anxious before every game). While the players who are already listed as out are significant players and it certainly doesn't help our defense, I still think our entire team has an edge about them and I think the D will rally around one another to pick up the slack. Also, we are relatively healthy on O...there really isn't any reason to think the Bills can't put up at least 30 points. Even with the losses on D, I don't see us giving up 30+ points. I think this will ultimately be a comfortable win in the second half (similar to the first 2 games).

I watch all games at home...so yes that would bother me. A lot.

My comment had nothing to do with him as a player overall. Just that it's really, really (read: almost impossible) to stop those plays when they are unfolding.
