The o line has been the teams best position group these past three years …even with some shaky play at times this season … I expect both Edwards and McGovern to be paid more elsewhere this off-season …so going to be interesting to see how Beane handles that transition .. They have kept SVPG on the 53 these past 2 years even though he only plays C … keeping depth guys with no position flexibility is something they rarely do … so likely means that he is showing enough at practice that they think he will take over as the starter next season

I’ll happily eat crow … whatever that means …because no actual eating appears to be involved looking at the people here that say this

This team is not winning out … having said that … I’m hoping there isn’t anything riding on that last game, that they will be able to rest everyone up in and head into the playoffs as fresh as possible … in 2023 when they were fighting for their lives for 6 weeks … they were banged up and ran out of bodies
