    Not sure if it’s Carolina, but my prediction is that Jones will be a bridge QB for some team nursing a rookie QB in 2025 …likely to underperform in that role and be demoted to backup level at a different team for 2026 …

    Well.. I never said he would be good … I think the thing they value the most is whether they will play here on the cheap … it’s worked so far I guess because they only see the field in garbage time …

    I can see Daniel Jones taking over from Mitch Trubisky as the backup QB here in 2026…. He seems to have the attributes they value in a backup looking at the previous guys that have filled the role

    No 1 seed - I Don’t care much about the home field advantage anymore … it’s the not having to play Week 1 in the playoffs and being nice and rested instead of getting 5 guys injured in the WC game that I hate .. They should be able to rest guys Week 18 this year at least
