I do too, but we actually lost 14-10 to drop to 7-5. It was the game where Mac Jones threw 3 passes because the wind was like 70 MPH in Orchard Park. We played them three weeks later and won 33-21 in Foxboro. The Bills never trailed, but it was tight all the way through, with the Bills up by 5 late into the 4th quarter. They ended up winning to move to 9-6. The order events is shaping up to be the same, but they actually won two straight against NE after the embarrassing loss at home.

An Observation during broadcast of Bills/Bengals

Maybe here or there folks do pick up on things first, but absolutely ridiculous to believe on average this forum knows more. -
He was a projected anywhere from the late first to an early 3rd round pick, and the Patriots were planning to take him right after us. Stop trying to rewrite history.

Here’s some critical questioning, if Howie Roseman claimed Slay, which he reportedly planned to do… how many people would be cursing Beane and praising Howie for bringing in a savvy vet? I’d bet many of the same critical folks on this thread…
-
People weren’t reading into whether they were standing next to one another at training camp or comments in press conferences. The Slay/Ingram fiasco is akin to when JD McKissic bailed on a handshake deal. It’s out of Brandon Beane’s hands, nobody with a brain is pinning that on him.

This is honestly precious. A ton of projection and stretching innocuous instances to create a story out of absolutely nothing.

We normally dress 3 TE, if you loved seeing Hawes so much, you would have hated if he went down and we only had 1 TE. Would have significantly altered the game plan…. also Special Teams.

I’m pretty sure the penalty was intentional. They were never actually planning to go for it on 4th down. They tried to draw Pittsburgh Offside on the first attempt, then used a timeout to give themselves a second shot at it, knowing a penalty was the tradeoff if it didn’t work. Once the penalty came - whether a false start, delay of game, or even calling a second timeout - the situation shifted from 4th-and-3 to 4th-and-8, taking any realistic chance of drawing them Offside off the table. In the end, it was just a 5-yard penalty on what would’ve been a 22-yard field goal, pushing it back to 27 yards. Their sequence was actually handled really well.

NFL International Series has been a huge success

Yeah, do it like this. You'd be able to host 16 neutral site games each season, theoretically you can do weeks 1-16 that way nobody is going overseas the last two weeks of the season. Cut it down like TNF and those other specialty matchups. -
A Few Thoughts about the Bucs Game - Community Edition

I thought this had a chance to go to the house if he had just checked it down to Ty. At the very least it was a 10-15 yard gain. -

Pretty sure it was a variation of the play they ran against Miami last year on TNF, difference was that the LB didn't get lost in coverage so Cook wasn't wide open.

Who do we want, who do we need as our next HC and, or GM?

Kevin Stefanski has been atrocious. He’s an offensive-minded head coach, yet the Browns have scored under 20 points in 22 of their last 27 games. He’s also directly responsible for the Browns bungling the quarterback position. He moved on from Baker, was part of the decision to pursue Watson, and hand-picked Dillon Gabriel. The fact that he’ll likely be back next year feels like outright malpractice. People here love to complain about McDermott’s “lack of accountability,” but Stefanski has now started back-to-back seasons calling plays, watched the offense fall flat, and then handed play-calling off to his OC halfway through the year. Last year Dorsey was fired, and I’m almost certain he’s going to do the same to Tommy Rees after this season. The only name this cycle that really excites me is Chris Shula (LAR); everything else feels pretty underwhelming to me. I’d have at least some interest in Todd Monken (BAL), Jesse Minter (LAC), or Klint Kubiak (SEA). And in a few years, guys like Webb (DEN), Scheelhaase (LAR), Grizzard (TB) or McCown (MIN) might be viable options. Honestly, the only thing that could make me consider moving on from McDermott this offseason is if the chatter about Matt LaFleur’s seat actually being warm turns out to be true. -

I only read for two pages before I saw names like Kevin Stefanski and Jon Gruden for head coach and Wade Phillips as our DC. What the actual *****. You’re all showing your ass.
