  1. Exactly. Haters like DeLuca try the "heads I win, tails you lose" arguments unless they are called on it. Even still, the hate will continue because irrational hate is immune to the objectivity of the numbers.
  2. Close. Joe Kapp was Indian.

JP IS the real deal, glad we have him. Not bad at all for a first year starter.
  4. Personally, I don't care if my QB is a Mormon - just win baby.
  5. The creatures in the Land of the Lost TV series were "sleestaks". Land of the Lost was a 1974–1976 TV series relating the adventures of the Marshall family (including Will and Holly and their father, later replaced by their uncle). The Marshalls become trapped in a pocket universe populated by dinosaurs, ape-like creatures called Pakuni, and lizard-like creatures named Sleestak.
  6. Probably the most minor of all of them, my friend.
  7. To avoid being real mean and nasty, I'll just respond with a roll of the eyes and say, "whatever". The real topper to this post was spelling "Bills" with an apostrophe.
  8. I think you are the one that screwed up, for believing them.
  9. Hey jerk, I'm sure that you carefully researched that "bad defense" comment before you made it, but why don't you read the "JP is the real deal" thread to see how other QB's have fared against the Texans D in recent weeks?
  10. Man, you make a great point about JP, but how in the heck can even a casual Bills fan spell Marv's last name with an "I"? That takes some doing...
  11. Exactly.
  12. Neufeld is a penalty machine. Cut him.
  13. Exactly! That light blue throwback jersey with the white helmet is awesome. Very sharp.
  14. What's up with that anyway? I moved away 6 years ago, and by that time a new bridge had already been talked about for years. Is there still a "commission" studying the issue? Git 'er done already!
  15. Exactly. I know this board is made up of simpletons but why does everyone assume that because the offense is conservative, JP is the sole issue? With Pennington and Preston on the right side, I'd be nervous to let JP throw too.
  16. Some excellent suggestions for helping us get back on a winning track. Oh yeah, and spending all your cap money wouldn't hurt either.
  17. Right. Better to trust your emotions. Like hate. That always leads to sound conclusions.
  18. ...despite having to always operate out of a rapidly collapsing pocket.
  19. There were a few plays where Peters was able to push the DE coming around the end at the last second to give JP a second longer to throw. Gandy just can't do that.
  20. The "pigeon's" what? Head? Wings? You DO know that the apostrophe indicates a possessive, right? A STUPID post deserves a STUPID response. But at least mine has proper grammar.
  21. Wow. And George Bush leads a million person government so he shouldn't be accountable for the final results? Although TD clearly had a more autocratic style than Marv does, it is fascinating to see that some are already constructing "plausible deniability" for Marv and diffusing accountability and responsibility away from him. This, in my opinion, is a classic example of the syndrome I call "Levy Love". If folks don't want to hold Marv accountable for failing to spend up to the cap, then they have to accept the fact that he is weaker than TD was vis a vis Ralph, which cannot under any circumstances be considered a good thing for the future of our team.
