Thank you, everyone! Unfortunately my employer doesn't offer a 401k. We have profit sharing though. I'll look into opening a Roth IRA maybe with Fidelity or Charles Schwab.
Anyone have a retirement fund? I'm 40 and am finally thinking about opening a Roth IRA. All I have is profit sharing with my job. What company do you invest with? Likes/Dislikes? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I want to get into stocks, but it seems complicated. A lot of these terms you guys are using go right over my head. Maybe I'll just stick with my savings account, haha.
I would look at the OL and the run blocking scheme first. If that's the problem and there are just no holes to run through, then we don't need to spend a draft pick or money on a RB.
