Playing nose in this defense has nothing to do with leverage. They are a gap attacking, penetrating scheme. They pick the guys they think fit their scheme. What we think their scheme should be is and what they should be looking for in a nose is irrelevant.
Just watching highlights, but he’s a deep threat, I love the way catches the football and plucks it, and he seems to do a really good job adjusting to the football. We may have something here.
Walter football:
Buffalo Bills: Kaden Prather, WR, Maryland – A+ Grade
I thought Kaden Prather would go much earlier than this. He’s a huge receiver who runs well for his size. He could end up being a factor for the Bills down the road.
Hairston will compete to start. Strong will compete to be CB3/4 and I think Hancock seems like a nickel/safety depth upgrade. White seems like the contingency plan if Hairston isn’t ready.
Guys like Dane and Lewis are nice to have around, but depth should be young cheap guys with upside IMO.
I’m probably looking into Elijah Moore after the draft. He’s still out there and younger than half these dudes getting drafted.
We are also a prime spot for WR who are UDFAs since we did not draft a WR and we have Josh.
