RW just said that the new GM will not "be looking over Mike's shoulder." He will not be the coach. Does that mean that TF was trying to coach the team?

7. Buffalo Beginning to get a reputation as a place a coach can't win. Having team president around Tom Donahoe dramatically drops the attractiveness of this opening. Both Gregg Williams and Mike Mularkey are actually good coaches but haven't been able to thrive under Donahoe. This is a team with personality problems and a young quarterback who some teams like while others view as a wasted pick.

Let's see. . . I'm the founder of the Phoenix Bills Backers, I haven't missed a game in the last 20 years or so including every game of the last 3-13 seasons. Not a bandwagon fan. My point is that if I can fall asleep on the couch during a Bills game, imagine how more casual fans are reacting

I fell asleep on the couch during a Bills game. In additon, the game was being recorded on the DVR and I couldn't care less about rewinding it I've always been a passionate Bills fan and I pretty much don't give a crap. Go Sabres!

I don't mean to imply that JJ was actually coming to Buffalo. I was just intrigued by the fact that this board had JJ to Buffalo ruimors on it earler in the week and I tune in to Fox at the halftime and they are talking about it. JJ was a clusterf*@k at Miami and am not really sure that I want him here.

I partially listened to the halftime of the Giants Eagles game and when the Buffalo highlights came up, Terry Bradshaw, I think, was joking how much Jimmy Johnson loves cold weather and then talked about how he was going to go to Buffalo. More than anything, I am intrigued by the fact that Fox's NFL halftime crew were joking about this. Did anyone else see this and was there any previous talk about JJ to Buffalo in their pregame?

I believe that there are many professions in which the schooling part "sucks" and the job itself is great. While I'm not a lawyer- I teach high school- I found that my Ed courses were brutal but I LOVE being in the classroom. Also, many education students think they want to teach unitl they get in the classroom and find that they are not suited for the profession (They think all you have to do is show up turn on the tv/ hand out worksheets). So, my 2 cents are stick it out for a year and try to get some sort of internship to see if you actually would enjoy the job.

Has anyone seen an interpretation of the numbers and symbols of Jack's tattoo? It always seems to be prominently displayed. Also, a theory on why Locke did not fear being "dropped" in to the hole. He had said previously, in order to get something (dynamite) you need to give something (Arzst). There was no trade in place; therefore Locke's life was safe.

Parents now act as their children's lawyers and not as their parent. As a high school teacher, a have a variety of stories where mommy- yes, usually mommy- rides in to the main office on her white horse to save her precious from the consequences of their action, threatening to sue if they don't get their way. What happened to the good old days when if you got in trouble at school, you got in even more trouble at home?
