Not sure I see what the cause for alarm is here? Josh is 2/4 on goal line pass attempts for 2023. My understanding is that qualifying contracts is simply qualifying to appear on the chart. The cutoff is then determined by percentage basis as detailed by OTC.

The formula is based on the CBA, and it clearly states it is top 5% for 3rd round. Making a change to only 2 no matter what the formula says doesn't seem right unless it was officially updated.
